很棒的陽台，服務人員很友善

整潔度與服務態度皆佳！退房時收完城市税還會給一小瓶水很可愛～ （飯店前面在整修所以有點路面不平，但不影響住宿品質，斜對面有好吃的麵包店）

服務非常好，還有腳踏車可以租借，一整天走累了還有浴缸可以泡澡，很推

為我升級客房，同時有寶馬房車接送我到附近的滑雪場

酒店員工很好，好helpful,洒店沒有提供牙刷牙膏，酒店附近亦有很多食肆供選擇！稍為可以改善是酒店只有一輛車可載住客到某指定雪場或巴士站，車輛最多可坐3人，如果有其他客人使用車輛，你只可以等待或選擇自己步行去了

飯店就在市中心，離搭乘纜車處，僅需短短5分鐘的距離！而且不論是到市區鬧街，火車站，公車站都非常近且方便，飯店房間非常寬闊舒適，更有小陽臺可以休憩！服務人員超親切，還給予超棒的旅遊建議！餐廳晚餐值得一嚐！

酒店整潔, 離景點近.

Spent a night at Le Morgane with my partner on a snowy night late Nov. Arrived at the hotel late just before dinner time and checked in. Hotel staff was very helpful but we were told the restaurant was under renovation and some parts of the hotel too. Went onto our floor and half of the corridor was blocked with renovation stuff so that was not too pleasant. Got into the room and everything was as expected, nothing too surprising thou, given the fact that we booked the luxury type of room. Decorations were a bit old but still acceptable, toilet was very small but shower is good, clean too but look a bit aged. Location of the hotel is very good actually near to town and main street and parking again is almost free style (on a snowy night). It is also very close to the cable car station that takes you up to Mont Blanc, maybe good 5-10 mins walk. Given the price it was actually a good deal and I would recommend the hotel.

The property was pristine, except the elevator and bicycles :) Beds were comfy The showers were gentle. The view was spectacular The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful hotel with mountain views, great breakfast and bar, and nice amenities. It’s so close to town but still quiet. A minute away from the cable car and very close to the bus and train stations too. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Thank you especially to Daniella for getting checked in early. Would highly recommend this hotel’

Friendly staff. Walk to all attractions. Good breakfast.

Spa was a nice way to compensate for the weather. We kept the balcony door open for cooling and to hear the steady sound of the river.

The room was great and the bed comfy. Not enough area to store two suitcases tho. The staff was so friemdly and welcoming!! The pastries were a nice touch and we could store our luggage while we explored until our transport came
