Chambre et personnel très bien

Super séjour !

The location was excellent. It was right across from the train station and very short walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. The staff was very helpful and the room was great. Thank you.

Excellent hôtel à tout point de vue. Très central.

Chambre spacieuse, confortable, bien insonorisée, très bien équipée : grand placard, bouilloire, frigo, coffre-fort. Grande salle de bain, douche dernier modèle, grand lavabo (un néon ou un spot sur le miroir, ou un petit miroir grossissant serait un bon plus, cependant). Petit déjeuner suffisant et varié (la viennoiserie était particulièrement bonne), disposé dans une jolie salle bien décorée. Je ne sais pas si la température était réglable, mais il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre l'après-midi et soir. Le personnel était aimable et toujours prêt à rendre service.

A really nice hotel in St-Jean-de-Luz located directly across the road from the train station. Very convenient for visits to the area. Minutes from the beach, Les Halles food market and the Old Town.. The reception was friendly and all my needs were accommodated with a smile. Thanks.

Excellent location close to public transportation (bus, train etc), shopping and restaurants! Walkable distance to the beach, and nearby town Ciboure. No need for a car at all, we took buses to Bilbao, San Sebastián Spain. Little choice at the hotel breakfast (wish there were fresh fruit), but staff prepared scrambled or sunny side up eggs upon demand. Overall I will highly recommend this hotel.

The property is extremely conveniently located. It is right on the edge of the old city and everything is a 5 to 7-minute walk. It's also directly across from the train station on a very busy street. If you keep your windows closed it's relatively quiet. But if you open your balcony doors, you're going to hear all the noise from the street. Air conditioning worked well. Kept us comfortable. Being across from the train station is very convenient for arriving and departing. Place is clean and well kept. The room is small but very serviceable. Everything is nicely maintained. The shower is very good. Doesn't have much in the way of charm, but it has a lot of other conveniences.

Hotel bien situado, habitación pequeña, no guarda muchas relación las fotos con el hotel, algo viejo para lo que muestra las fotos, si vuelvo a San Juan buscaría otra opcion
