Hôtel Richemont

Because the hotel lobby is re-new so far. So that we need to carry our big Luggages by walking to 2nd floor. then by elevator from 2nd floor to 4th floor. It's tough experience for us. Otherwise, our stay (06/08~06/11/2025) in this hotel is fine.

飯店(有電梯)交通方便，巴士多，離地鐵站(有電梯的站)近，服務人員很樂於助人，不會亂收費，我們請他們微波食品也ok,飯店附近也有很多大型商場，也有洗衣店，是個值得的選擇

房間小了ㄧ點，但是乾淨，沒有煙味，浴室不錯，附近停車容易。

Staffs are nice and helpful. But the connection of Wifi is poor. No air-conditioner

Personnel de l’accueil sympathique. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Situation idéale à 3 mn à pied du métro.

Staff was very kind, room was clean, overall I had a pleasant experience.

Otelin sadece konumu bizim için iyiydi. Otel renovasyona girmiş, inşaat çalışmaları var ve sadece konaklamamızdan 2 gün önce mail atarak haber verdiler, yani iptal edebilme süremiz bittikten sonra. Odalar baştan dekore edilmeli, halılar eski ve kirli duruyor, iki kişi konaklıyoruz ama bir yüz havlusu odaya bırakıyorlar. Odalarda havlu terlik de yok. Duşakabini çektiğinizde yerinden çıkıp elinizde kalıyor. Pencere doğramaları alüminyum, sokaktaki tüm sesleri içeri alıyor. İnşaat sebebiyle asansörler faal değil. Resepsiyonda görevli güler yüzlü bayan personel dışında iyi bir şey yok diyebilirim.

No elevator, room doesn't deserve the price, it is like motel more than hotel, environment and neighbourhood, hotel building are so bad, I feel like to be cheated

Hotel proche du.metro . Sur ligne aeroport . Pratique meme si 13e par personne pour aller a l aeroport en metro .. hotel en travaux donc moyen. Pas de dejeuner et pas d ascenseur.. sinon prix corect pour paris

lindo, pero al estar en remodelación no fue tan agradable, ya que el acceso era una parte por escalera y otra ascensor, cuando llegamos no había ni baño en la recepción y venimos de un viaje largo. De todas maneras nos atendieron cordialmente y la habitación estaba ordenada y limpia. La ubicación no es céntrica, pero si con servicio de transporte super cerca

Nice area, and close to metro line 14. The breakfast service was closed when we were there unfortunately. Staff was helpful. Room was clean and relatively quiet.

No elevator, no bar, no service. More than 200€. Rooms big enough though

Horrible customer service. We arrived after check in time and someone was still cleaning our room. The room smelled like sewer. The a/c was not cooling. The room was sprayed after we said something and they adjusted the air. I requested a new room. We were promised a new room for the next day. Nothing happened. We had prearranged tours so we were on a tight schedule. The hotel staff never contacted us to see if we were comfortable. We stayed three nights and we did not receive a cleaning service even after requesting it twice. Somehow we survived.
