really really really bad hotel, worst hotel i had ever been living. BUGS on Bed, BUGS on bed!!!!BUGS BUGS BUGS on pillows n everywhere. I didn't sleep for the whole night and feel so insecure un the room!!!!!! So unacceptable for BUGS on bed

Toilettes non nettoyées avec trace d'urine sur le siège à mon arrivée Plusieurs choses étaient dégradées ou défectueuses dans la chambre : Serrure de porte montée à l'envers, porte de douche défectueuse car vis manquantes, tiroir du meuble de SDB manquant, pas de bouchon au lavabo et fenêtre qui ferme mal De plus, le personnel était peu flexible à mon arrivée

the tv doesn’t work, the phones aren’t connected, it’s plus 40 degrees at all times inside the rooms. The staff don’t care, there’s a random dude chilling in the lobby from morning till night, we booked for 5 nights, stayed 1 night and had to go cuz it was unsafe for children, they would not give us a refund for the remained days, DO NOT GO IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN, ITS MEANT FOR SINGLE COUPLES OR SOMETHING

Nunca regresaría a ese hotel, en verano con ola de calor solamente hay un ventilador pequeño NO HAY AIRE ACONDICIONADO, hay moho por todas partes, la unica ventana de la habitación tenía vista a un espacio muerto donde hay poca a nula ventilación, pésima opción de hospedaje.

Det som drar upp betyget är det centrala läget. I övrigt var rummet inte helt städat, väldigt slitet och det luktade rök i trapphuset. Ingen var otrevlig men ingen var heller intresserad. Familjerummet var perfekt i storlek med tanke på att vi skulle hänga på stan.

Clean and nice hotel, the staff is very polite and helpful. The only downside is the noise from the other guests and the construction work happening right outside the windows.

We were rather disappointed with our stay here. It's billed as a 3-star hotel, but had no a/c (and the weather was really hot)---the person at the front desk mostly sat outside, maybe because it was cooler there. The rooms have no mini-fridge or functioning coffee-maker. Our coffee-maker had no supplies, and when I asked at the front desk I was told "oh well, we offer breakfast" (for an extra fee). We had to have the windows open and the street was very noisy most of the night, so no-one slept very well. It's a pity, because the location is quite good, very close to Cadet Metro station.

Hotellets läge var för oss bra. Vi kunde lätt ta oss till de sevärdheter som intresserade oss. Personalen var trevlig. Det visade sig dock att det var en byggarbetsplats utanför fönstret, på innergården. Arbetarna bilade och sågade i cement mellan kl 07.00-17.00. Hade vi fönstret öppet kunde vi tidvis inte höra varandra. En kväll kom ett 15 minuters spöregn, med kastvindar vilket gjorde att det regnade in genom det stängda fönstret. Det rann vatten längs väggen och det bildades vattenpölar på golvet. Vi var två personer i rummet, men vi hade bara tillgång till en stor handduk. Generellt sett rätt dålig hotellupplevelse.

Basic but highly serviceable and affordable hotel in very good location. Staff is friendly and the place is very clean. Equipment in the room is minimal but the bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Room size was decent. Nothing luxurious here but very good value for money.

Estadia boa, tem o basico, cama boa, banheiro bom, servico de quarto, so é muito barulhento, ouvimos todo barulho dos quartos e corredores.

Check in was a breeze. Room was cozy but the light switch at the door wasn't working. The front desk was very helpful in finding access to a cork screw so we could enjoy our small bottle of wine. The bed was clean and comfortable with the exception of a plastic mattress cover that made it hot to sleep. The shower wasn't draining very fast so it's a good thing we don't take long showers. It was an excellent location to sight see and find what ended up to be our favorite bakery. All in all it was a good place to rest for the next days adventures.

Nous étions un groupe de 7 personnes . Aucune chambre était conforme . Pas de draps dans le Lit. Quasiment aucune chambre n’avait de taie d’oreiller . Les prises électriques arrachées , et la majorité ne fonctionnent pas ! Les télécommandes TV étaient ou manquantes ou dans un état délabré avec du scotch dessus et crasseuses. Les serviettes de bains sales et déjà utilisées ! Et le ponpon l’une des chambres n’avait même pas d’eau dans la douche !!! Les chambres étaient sales. Les sols sales . Malgres des réclamations personne ne rectifie le tir et la direction absente quand nous réclamons !

Posizione eccellente per muoversi a piedi, ma anche con la metro avendo una stazione vicinissima, buona pulizia e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Points positifs: - localisation - propreté de la chambre - literie ok Points négatifs: - Prises électriques défectueuses (je me suis racheter un chargeur pensant que le mien ne marchait pas, meme le neuf ne marchait pas, alors qu'OK dans un resto et chez moi) - Chambre pas prête au check-in, possibilité de laisser ses affaires "en consigne", posées parterre dans la salle à manger non surveillée et sécurisée - Poignée de porte branlante - Squat dans le rez-de-chaussée

Sale. Mobilier en mauvais état. Poussière partout. A eviter absolument
