We were a bit confused initially when we arrived in an out of town shopping zone. The hotel facilities were excellent but I felt that the staff were keen for us to finish our lovely meal. We had arrived in the restaurant at 20.30 and had been reassured that we were welcome. Maybe I've misread things but I did get a vibe that staff would prefer if we finished sooner rather than later.

Salle de bain au 2eme étage à rénover…baignoire peu pratique. Une serviette pour deux… C’est la première fois que cela arrive… D’habitude, c’est toujours très bien

For us it was a good central location for day trips in Hauts-de-France. Lots of parking and shopping across the street. Rooms look over or open to a garden. Weirdly situated in an industrial area. Onsite restaurant is excellent. While somewhat dated, the rooms are very clean and well maintained. Staff speaks some Engish and are very hospitable.

Hôtel impeccable à tous les niveaux avec une équipe au top sans parler d’une restauration de très grande qualité ! C’est vraiment une adresse que je recommande !

Très agréable hôtel

Le seul aspect non satisfaisant c'est le chauffage. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi le chauffage ne peut pas etre regle de la chambre. Pas de couvertures disponibles dans la chambre. L'hotel ne m'a pas donne de facture , je ne comprends pas pourquoi car reservation sur expédia.

Bâtisse et service très agréable à l’hôtel comme au restaurant…. Dommage que ma chambre ne faisait pas partie des chambres rénovée !!! Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Geen privacy aangezien je enige raam uitkomt in de publieke tuin en bijgevolg iedereen die voorbij komt alles in je kamer kan zien (tenzij je je gordijnen sluit), zwembad was niet onderhouden waardoor er niet gezwommen kon worden, orde en netheid in de kamer zelf was minder (haren van iemand anders in bed,…), geen stopcontact aan je bed… Daarnaast wel ontzettend vriendelijk personeel! Zeker oké hotel voor een korte overnachting.

Ne pas se fier aux alentours. Hôtel charmant et personnel très accueillant. Sommes très contents, d'ailleurs nous y retournons en juillet.
