Amazing Hotel!
Recently renovated, this hotel is located in a quiet alley in the city center. It’s quiet and clean, with beautiful design and modern amenities. The breakfast is delicious! The staff is also friendly and helpful. Access to tea, coffee, and water in the lobby is much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Séjour très décevant dans cet hôtel. J’avais réservé une suite en me basant sur les photos présentées, mais la chambre attribuée ne correspondait pas du tout : il s’agissait simplement d’une chambre un peu plus grande, sans les prestations annoncées.
Suite à mon mécontentement, l’établissement n’a proposé qu’un changement vers une chambre plus petite et de gamme inférieure, sans aucun geste commercial. La télévision ne permettait même pas de diffuser du contenu depuis un téléphone (type Chromecast), et là encore, aucune solution n’a été proposée pour améliorer notre confort.
Le plus regrettable reste l’attitude du personnel et de la direction : aucune excuse, peu de considération, et même des remarques déplacées. À aucun moment nous n’avons eu le sentiment que notre satisfaction comptait, alors que ce séjour était important pour moi.
Payer 350 € la nuit pour une chambre minuscule, avec des prestations limitées et un service aussi peu attentionné, est difficile à justifier. Malheureusement, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, dont le niveau de service ne correspond pas au tarif pratiqué.

The hotel location waa ideal; close to major tram hub and waking distance to most attractions. Staff was unbelievably superb. Rooms were beautiful and spacious. Breakfast choices outstanding!! One of best hotels I’ve used
