The Wi-Fi is extremely difficult to use; I can't play games or work. Can you imagine that this is a hotel's network, and it can't be used for office work?

Petit déjeuner très bien et chambre confortable (surtout en période de canicule mais pas mal de bémols comme la Carte magnétique qui ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Ascenseur très long à attendre. Balisage pour les chambres pas clair et beaucoup d’attente à l’accueil. Travaux dans tout le quartier (donc accès compliqué )

Well located and secure parking. Although pets are allowed it is an additional €11 per night. No decaf tea or coffee which was a shame but coffee machine on the bedroom. Will book again and very reasonable.

The only problem was accessing the road to the hotel. Major improvements to the road and pavement meant the road on which the hotel is located was closed! A challenge to find the back route to the car park but we managed it!

This hotel was overall a good place to stay and not too expensive, so it's something I'd recommend.   Facility was nice and clean.  Plus it was convenient having a restaurant and workout room onsite as well. Location was convenient to city center, so there was a good selection of food within walking distance.

Wij hadden een tweepersoonskamer geboekt maar kregen een kamer met een bankbed aan ons voeteneind. Stoffige vloerbedekking. Wel heel nette schone badkamer. Helaas alleen met bad. Restaurant was gesloten. Geen ontbijt ook genomen. Wel tegen betaling parkeerplaats. De entree in klassiek pand was wel mooi

Personnel fantastique

Effectivement expérience décevante car même si le cadre est incroyable et le personnel très agréable et très professionnel, les niveaux de prestation des chambres n’est pas au niveau d’un 4*. Pas de prises électriques des 2 côtés du lit, pas de kit de repassage (la table à repasser proposée par la réception était vraiment très simpliste et pas qualitative et pour ma part dernier mauvais points, dans une chambre « privilège » une baignoire et non une douche italienne, des sachets de thé mais pas de bouilloire en sus de la machine à café et en descendant par l’escalier, 2 frelons morts au sol, preuve que Le personnel d’étage n’a pas le regard affuté. Bref pas top pour ce standing d’hôtel

Just a very nice hotel for the price

Nicely appointed hotel with helpful, professional staff. Very nice breakfast room with great variety.

Bar & evening Dining closed on a Sunday - we hadn’t expected that. It didn’t present a problem though.

Un peu trop retro à notre goût. Aurez besoin d'un rafraîchissement mais dans l'ensemble un bon établissement

We wish we could have stayed an additional night as the hotel was comfortable, the staff friendly but professional and we enjoyed our stay.

Nice, clean hotel, within walking distance of cathedral and old town. Pleasantly surprised by Le Mans as a town, and what it had to offer

The AC was not working and the room was hot, but the street outside was very noisy due to traffic, so we could not open the window for some fresh air. Room was tiny and could use a renovation, bathroom's sink was weirdly high. No bar of soap in the bathroom. Toilet did not flush properly. Positives: water pressure in the shower, convenient parking, and a decent breakfast.
