Awesome location. Right in heart of main attractions and easy to navigate around. Breakfast buffet was best on our trip

Central location close to Eurostar and town centre. Some great bars and restaurants in Lille. Recommend La ch’tite brigitte.

Closer to the station than I thought it was, room was of a decent size. It was only for one night but couldn't fault my stay

Lovely hotel in the centre of Lille close to the main attractions. We were in room 306 and it's a good size room with a great view of the city Staff were really friendly. I would happliy stay there again

The outside of the building is remarkable. All of the staff were kind, polite and provided excellent service. I don’t think the rooms rise to a Mercure standard though. I would down grade it as an IBIS. I have stayed in multiple ACCOR properties since 2018. I am a rewards member.

This is a nice hotel with clean rooms, pleasant staff, an excellent location and very good breakfasts. We had room 301, a ‘privilege’ room. They said it was one of their best (don’t they always!). It had a vast lovely bathroom with marble tiles and a walk-in shower. The bedroom was a bit small although looking at the hotel plan many were a lot smaller. We could have done with a king size bed. There were no comfortable chairs - just sit up ones and it would be good to have drawers each side of the bed as well as the large storage cupboard. The single tiny lift is inadequate for a hotel with over 120 bedrooms. These days I think hotels should have facilities on both sides of the bed for charging phones. Having said all that I would stay there again. We found the food in local restaurants heavy with excessive cheese plonked on everything but did not book for any of the posh restaurants. Excursions were easy and we loved The Swimming Pool museum and LaM with its outsider art collection (although it did have a bit of an end o f the season feel - only one map left!).

Overall good stay, the a/c didn't work but other than that, no complaints really.

Staff members were wonderful. Very accessible and helpful. Hugo was amazing! So convenient to all parts of Old Lille, including mall and train station. You can walk everywhere.

Don’t stay here. Location is nice but management was poor. No A/C as advertised. Complained FIVE TIMES to front desk and was told they would find a “solution.” Never did. I wasted the day and paid almost $500 euros for two nights and never slept a wink because it was so hot. Poor customer service. All I wanted was to move to a different room where the A/C worked.

Away for weekend in Lille, hotel was great, room was suitable, the privilege option, could have done with some more practical storage, and a smaller TV. But overall great, especially the reception staff.

Great location right in the centre. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.

Good central location for all the shops and places to eat parking a little bit of a pain but lots of cars parks near by
