Hôtel Mercure Paris Tour Eiffel Grenelle

水壓足夠而且水夠熱，但沒有漱口杯，而且飲水杯都沒有，需要到前台要求服務員提供，浴室嘅紙巾，住咗五晚，只添加過一次，另外張床褥比較遠枕頭唔係好夠高地氈嘅質素比較舊好多污漬，同埋淋浴間嘅玻璃擋不住水，所以水由企缸流到門外。

房間乾淨企理、尚算寬躺；早餐選擇不太多，但係質素、食材好；鄰近地鐵/巴士站，遊覧巴黎景點，超級方便！

我們入住時升降機剛好壞了，住了七日六夜，升降機沒有人修理，每日只有走樓梯! 因為和七十歲的老人家入住，每日上落樓梯，非常辛苦! 酒店房間數目不少，只有一部升降機! 有職員協助搬行李上房，還有簡單表示抱歉，就是這樣而已! 房間非常狹窄，絕對不適合攜帶2件以上的行李，開了行李箱就沒有位置行走。

房間有點小,但地理位置方便, 而且價格也好 地點樓下就有餐廳,還有在車站旁, 外出好方便 雖然在車站旁, 但隔音好,聽不到火車走過的聲音

職員很有禮貎 房間很舒服 夠大 room service很好 鄰近名勝景點 如鐵塔 方便 近地鐵站 酒店位置治安ok 有藥妝店有餐廳有超市 有gap 令我們在法國渡過舒適的幾天。

門口一出來就是地鐵站非常的方便，飯店人員也應我們拜託剛好有空房的狀態下給了看得到巴黎鐵塔的房間。但散步到巴黎鐵塔算有點遠，交通都還算方便，整體非常的推薦

This hotel is perfect for what we needed. A short walk towards the Eifel Tower and its surrounding area. Had a lot of great restaurants including the Boulangeries ( Bakeries) that are popular in Paris! They cleaned our room daily without any extra fees. All in all a great experience.

Staffs were very friendly, helpful and pleasant especially the young girl that works at the check in desk in the mornings and the asian girl that works in the breakfast area. They both deserve a recognition for putting the guests at ease with their beautiful personality. Train station is right in front of the hotel and it is literally a 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. Great place to stay.

We stayed 5 nights. Comfortable clean. Good size room. Accessible to metro. Good restaurants and cafe nearby. Will stay again.

Location is very close to the Eiffel Tower and walkable distance to many touristy places. The room was small but of an acceptable size. However, the condition of the hotel is visibly very worn and would not hurt from a refurbishment. The worst part was the elevator (the hotel has just one), whose door was constantly malfunctioning -- not closing on the first attempt and sometimes took up to 8 attempts to close, given we were with a baby stroller, which made it frustrating and impossible to use the stairs. Overall, I'd say decent choice if you only spend the night in the room and just need a place to sleep.

Excelente ubicación todo en orden

Excellent location, we had a nice view of the Eiffel Tower from our window. Right across the street from the Metro and within easy walking distance to many restaurants.

It was easy to access it and everyone is so friendly!

Tolle Lage, gutes Frühstück, sauber, freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Tiefgarage.

Bra läge och fint hotell överlag. Bra frukost med varma croissanter!

War sehr schön

Razoável. Quarto com cheiro ruim. O café é bom, mas é limitado, para um 4 estrelas eu esperava mais. Mas realmente o cheiro no quarto foi o pior.
