Fantastic hotel, employees, ambience and services. Loved the breakfast and the laid back vibe of the place. They are very good at speaking english and being patient with guests.

As soon as we arrived at her hotel the staff were friendly and welcoming offering us a cooling towelette on a blisteringly hot day. Our room even though it reminded me of the Red room from Twin Peaks (which is fine as i’m a fan) was clean spacious and had excellent air con (a blessing). The pool was very welcome and we spent a good few hours enjoying being able to have a dip and read by the pool surrounded by lush vegetation and enjoying a lovely glass of wine or two. The close proximity to the Medieval City itself was amazing and allowed us to explore it deeply. And the views for the fireworks over the castle were amazing from the hotel garden.
This hotel would usually be a bit out of budget for us but because of a mix up with a previous booking we had a voucher which allowed us a taste of slight luxury.
Thanks to all the staff and the hotel god for making our stay so special.

Loved our time here, 2 couples celebrating our wedding anniversaries. The location is stunning, the pool and jacuzzi sublime after a bit of sight seeing. I will say the hotel advertise a 24/7 bar however the night porter/bar man was rude and not customer focused at all, very disappointed with his manner and conduct. We will stay again though as the other staff were lovely

Beautiful hotel and property right next to la cite, but away from the crowds. Rooms were very clean and chic with excellent air conditioning. The pool was the highlight. Lots of sun loungers, perfect for a hot afternoon.

Hôtel correspondant à l'offre sur votre site.
Juste quelques petites remarques concernant la salle de bain de la chambre n°31.
Mesurant 1,85m, je ne pouvais m'assoir correctement sur les toilettes par la proximité trop importante du lavabo vers le WC suspendu. Franchement pas très agréable.
Un carreau de la faîence de la baignoire se détache, les bondes du lavabo et de la baignoire ne fonctionnent pas. Le sèche cheveux en dessous du lavabo, vraiment trop bas. Le petit bureau de la chambre est à deux doigts de s'écrouler.
Sinon décoration, propreté, confort matelas, tout le reste au top.

We had a great family room for our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Air conditioned, nice pool in a small garden, We also enjoyed the hotel breakfast , generous serving sizes and great apple juice. Hotel is just across La Cite, walking distance from the castle and restaurants. Highly recommend it.

Outstanding! Even though the room was in another building just across the road, you have access to the restaurant, bar, terrace and beautiful spa. Location is fantastic, looking out to the castle with easy access to the ‘cité médiévale’.

Peu de place pour le petit déjeuner ( les uns sur les autres). Faudra attendre qu’on nous amène ce qui est compris dans la formule petit déjeuner et cela peut prendre du temps.
Chambre de l’hôtel Montmorency un peu veillote.

Nice hotel, brilliant setting just opposite the city walls. Rooms in the annexe (where we were) are very funky, lots of modern vibes but perfectly decent. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room - which is disappointing - but apart from that, no issues.
My only problem with the booking was checking in - the one member of staff was incredibly diligent, but took far too long to book people in. I know this isn't a Travelodge, but most people are experienced travellers and don't need to be shown to their rooms! But when a second staff member turned up (after 20 minutes) things moved much quicker.
All in all excellent, but don't turn up when there's a queue!

La situación del hotel es inmejorable .
Está en lugar excepcional para ver el casco medieval.
Su piscinba es ideal , desayuno también pero cabe destacar el PERSONAL dispuestos ayudar, educados , felicito a la plantilla con mi has ganas de trabajar , ya no se encuentra este perfil de buenos trabajadores .

No me gustó que no tiene elevador y tienes que cargar la maleta para subir a tu habitación la habitación es muy pequeña y no hay enchufes para conectar tu teléfono tu tablet solo hay uno de una lámpara y nada más pero la ubicación es excepcional porque estás justo enfrente del de la muralla
