This is a boutique hotel with nice design. Up to standard service with details, esp the shuttle has helped us a lots. A very nice guy from shuttle took good care of us. Meal quality was okay, normal standard, not much surprise. Location was a bit far, but with nice view.

Amazing hotel and well worth the money in my opinion. Came in early December, so it wasn’t too crowded for the busy season yet. Excellent service and facility. Book it!

Séjour court , une nuitée mais très belle découverte. L’endroit dans la station au pied des pistes. Le personnel est présent et attentif. Un endroit de rêve.

The massages in the spa were very average

This is a great hotel. Great service and for skiing it's very convenient located with personal ski lockers right by the slope.

On site Ski rental shop as well as Ski In/Out was excellent, we also went with the half board option & the evening meals were good but not great. The staff were incredibly helpful & could not do enough to make the stay great. Would score the overall experience as 8/10.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. Can’t say anything negative. They care about every little thing. Spa is great, breakfast really tasty and the staff so friendly and helpful. We left at 6am so they left us a really nice breakfast for take away and also took us to the place we needed to be, despite the early hour. Definitely one of the best hotels I’v been in.

This is an exceptional hotel with fabulous decor, friendly, attentive staff and in a great ski in ski out location and I highly recommend it. The hotel culture manages to make you feel like family and royalty at the same time, catering to your every need. Little touches like chocolates, nuts and a coffee machine in the room, fabulous breakfasts and a travel pack on departure. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in and I will stay here again if I ever return to Val Thorens.

Hôtel ultra neuf ! Grand standing ! Personnel au petit soin, serviable réactif et réellement sympa (rarement le cas dans les 5*) ! Le spa est incroyable !!! (Jaccuzi sur les pistes !) Le restau très bon Petit plus pour la navette qui n’est ni plus ni moins qu’un taxi à la demande qui vous transporte de partout .. gratuitement !

val thorens is super voor skiërs, wel heel hoog gelegen, sommige mensen hebben daar last van en Pashmina is zeer goed gelegen, kamers heel mooi, restauratie is iets minder geslaagd

Établissement exeptionnel, personnel aux petits soins

Superbe hôtel récent avec ambiance très design, très beau SPA, personnel très sympathique aux petits soins. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Juste dommage pour un 5* de faire payer les capsules nespresso et sachets de thés dans les chambres avec indication dans le mini-bar où je vais rarement... J'y retournerai tout de même car top dans l'ensemble

Quelques petits détails qui valoriseraient encore plus l’hote : ne pas faire payer le café et le thé en chambre Quelques chocolats le soir après le diner lorsque le service de chambre est passé Pour le reste tout est parfait Personnel très disponible et souriant, très appréciable. Matelas 1 peu ferme

Everything done with style and sophistication. A wonderfully unique hotel with great facilities, quiet location and friendly staff. You pay for it, of course, but it really feels worth it. Loved the outside terrace, the steam room and the bar/restaurant area.

It was all amazing....room...staff....and inclusive dinner was excellent...superb wine list....only negative was trying to regulate the room temperature....which we had to do by keeping the window open!....or when there was a blizzard there was sufficient draughts to keep it cool enough
