Very close to everywhere and the hot water shower is very nice, clean and warm stay although it is a bit small. It is find in busy Paris

Staff were kind, and good location

Great location, in walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and close to a Metro station so you can get about easily. Close to some really nice restaurants. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Clean room and comfy beds. Would definitely recommend.

Ryan was an amazing host at the front desk, as well as Neal. They were kind and because of their directions, we has a short but very productive tourist visit. They went out of their way to help us as we needed ice for my husband medication.

Very nice quaint hotel in the perfect location. Walking distance to pretty much all the major sites. Very close to the Metro station and you can go anywhere. Highly recommend. Will be staying here again when we come back!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Nice, clean, bright and updated decor throughout property. Great location with easy walking distance to many restaurants, shopping options and famous landmarks. Fresh and yummy continental breakfast, with many options and the very BEST orange juice we’ve ever had.

Air conditioner barely worked, was hot in room the whole night even with the standup fan they have in the room

It was such a cute hotel! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was spacious and clean. Loved all the cute pink and gold details. On a quiet street but close to major attractions, cafes, etc.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Located in a 15-20 minute walk of landmark areas. The AC did not work. The guy came and tried to fix it but on hot days this was not good

Great property and kind staff

凱旋門もエッフェル塔も徒歩圏内という素晴らしい立地に加え、メトロ駅やスーパーもすぐそば。 さらに、リーズナブルで人気のカフェ、レストランも数多い。 ホテルもスタッフがフレンドリーで24時間レセプションにいるので安心。 比較的良心的な宿泊料金でもバスタブがあり、ありがたい。

Hotel Pastel was a great stay, the only issue is the size of the room. Paris is tricky because most rooms are very small anyways.. but this was difficult. We were two people and there was no room to open our suitcases unfortunately. Otherwise the hotel was clean, decor was beautiful, bed was comfortable and it’s in a good location.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The Air Conditioning was not working during our stay, and we were in Paris during some of the hottest days of July 2025. The staff were very “hopeful” that the systems were getting repaired and would work, but it never got to the U.S. standards of A/C. The rooms were small but comfortable. Rest assured, it does cool off at night and the windows open to allow cooler air to help out.

Amazing staff. The room was very comfortable (just the carpet that looked dark like it wasn’t washed for a long time), but the rest was impeccable. Simple but good and tasty breakfast. All staff was very polite and willing to help!

The check in process went well. You have to leave your key at the front desk each time you leave the hotel which we found odd. Everything you enter you have to give your room number and receive your key again. The hotel is about a 13 min walk from the metro station, which is convenient. My husband found women’s hair rolled into a ball in his clean towel (this was not mine). There is no safe, which is a must when traveling (passports and extra cash). We were supplied with one bottle of water in the room when we checked in. I assumed they would replenish it daily but they did not.
