Very good budget hotel in excellent location.

整體是一間沒有清潔的房間及所以設施都殘破，不可以叫做酒店，風筒都沒有提供。入住時要提供信用卡資料作保證，tax只收現金，沒有收據，checkout 時又話我未比tax，又要經過一輪解釋及問一位應該係負責人才可以離開，實在很擾人。一樓早餐區很臭

鄰近車站，與30分鐘到CDG 機場，地點方便，但隔音不好，街道很吵，價格便宜，如戴耳耳塞尚可。因只停留六小時，尚可。

退房非常方便，感受到被信任！谢谢！

於住宿當天早上臨時訂的一間房間，離巴黎北站不到100公尺的飯店，外觀拉皮過，但是內部及房間還是舊舊的，我們到了飯店給了我們一間6樓的房間，進房間後房間空間算大，但是於床上正上方的天花板鋼筋外露，另外從廁所發出持續性的刺耳的噪音，我們嘗試著在房間忍受噪音，最後對噪音實在沒辦法接受(真的持續性不停段的發出)，因此我們向櫃台人員要求換了一間房間，還好櫃台人員算蠻Nice願意換了一間房間給我們；協助我們解決原本房間的問題，此飯店有電梯，但是只能2個人及2件28吋行李箱可進入，另外房間不允許吃東西，若櫃台然員發現你帶食物進飯店，會當場要求請你在櫃檯前將食物用吃完後才能上樓；主要擔心若在房間飲食會造成房間會有昆蟲，算是蠻不方便的，另外此飯店有發現其他房可可以帶寵物入住，房間的地毯較髒建議要自備便鞋於房間使用，房間的棉被也只是一條薄薄的毯子，另外也沒有行李寄存的服務，若要行李寄存，櫃台人員會請你到對面的巴黎北站自已花個幾歐元租用寄存行李的服務，此間飯店除了地點離北站近，其他的部分其實都還好，因為住這間飯店再加上額外花寄存行李的錢，若預算夠建議可以找更好一點並且有有寄存行李的服務的飯店．

Comme d habitude, séjour d'une semaine sans accroc. Hôtel sans prétention mais qui fait le boulot correctement avec une literie confortable et des personnels très accueillants, le tout avec un tarif très raisonnable.

Chambre propre, le bruit de la rue s'entend pas mal, bus, taxi, klaxons, ambulances et vendeurs de tabacs à la sauvette qui s'interpellent. Pas de petit déjeuner à 6h30 comme indiqué sur ce site à ce jour, ça commence en fait à 8 h, local petit pour déjeuner quand l'hôtel est rempli de touristes, des personnes mangeaient debout. L'horaire du déjeuner était un des critères de recherche de ma demande, je voulais déjeuner à 7 h 30 pour partir à 8 h ayant des engagements matinaux. Personnel à l'écoute néanmoins.

The room had a lot of dust. The bathroom was not very clean. The telephone for reception did not work, so to communicate with them we had to go downstairs. And it was cold. Not only cold, but the heating was not working. They did not have a small heater to compensate and they also had no extra blanket to give. How can a hotel not have any spare blankets ??? The staff was rude and did not want to help. They promised that they would do something about the cold but did nothing and completely ignored us. Then apparently Expedia contacted them on my behalf, and they lied to them claiming that they had given an extra blanket when they did not do so. They do not care about their customers ! AVOID !!!

Es bueno para cuando tienes que tomar el tren ya que esta enfrente. Tiene camas cómodas. Mucho ruido en la calle

Elevator was not working! We were on the (6) 7th floor.

Chambre exiguë pareil pour la salle de bain trop petite si vous êtes un peu costaud vous rentrez pas dans la douche Petit déjeuner ne représente pas du tout la France même pas de pain frais et la salle pareil toute petite comme le buffet Sinon hôtel très bien place a proximité de moyen de transport et commerces mais tres bruyant et froid le chauffage fonctionne qu a certaines heures je le recommande pas du tout

Hotel très bien situé, personnel très disponible et serviable qui facilite le séjour.

The room could only be locked with difficulty, which was of some concern. The toilet was difficult to flush and on some occasions would not flush at all. The breakfast was generally fine, but on the last day I had to ask twice for access to food and did not get all I asked for. I was charged a 5 euro fee for keeping my luggage after checkout - I have never had to pay this fee in any other hotel in Paris, in fact in no other hotel in any country I have visited. I am accustomed to staying in budget-end hotels in Paris, but I have to say this hotel was disappointing. The owners need to attend to property maintenance in the areas noted above, to ensure that future guests enjoy their stay.
