Very good hotel, close to good restaurants.

It is a very nice hotel I'd ever stayed in Paris, clean, hotel counter guys were very kind. Really good location, a few step you could reach the metro station, and 10-15 mins by walk to Loueve palace, beside the Saina Riva, nic,perfect.

Excellent location, with only 5-7 minutes walk from rue de bac metro station. The hotel is just next to the supermarket, which is great if u want to buy some groceries. Clean and tidy. Spacious bathroom. Comfortable mattress. Helpful staff from front desk. Pleasant experience in overall.

出门直走过桥就是卢浮宫，非常方便，往后方走2分钟也是地铁站Rue de bac，地铁站旁边有取款机邮局中餐馆，这点比较喜欢。酒店服务不错，前台英语交流方便。和其他国家的五星比起来房间有点小了，我的箱子摊开来走路都不方便了。早餐略贵了。

Perfect location and wonderful, friendly staff. Room had lovely balcony with gorgeous views.

Everyone from the bellman to the reception to the housekeeping were excellent! Stayed here for a week and it’s been an amazing experience. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby including the French restaurant in the hotel and also the grocery store in front and pharmacy located next to the hotel.

This was an excellent choice. Great location. Nice room and bathroom size. Terrific cleaning staff during the day and evening turndown service. Highly recommend the property.

This hotel stands out for its exceptional customer service. This was my third stay and the staff continues to excel. Bravo Alexandra, Daniel, Ghulia and the two gentlemen in the breakfast room. You are the best!

Everything about this hotel was wonderful! The room was perfect, the staff professional and helpful and the location can't be beat. Will definitely return.

No breakfast

I was staying with my elderly mother. First two night power goes out and we had complete darkness at night in our hotel. My elderly mother could not get around in the hotel at night in our suite. The staff told me too bad. I asked for support they brought an electrician the next day and fixed the power, then the next night it went out again after using the coffee maker. The staff once again told me too bad. Me and my elderly mother two nights in a row laid in bed the whole night worried to travel around in the room in the darkness. The staff fixed the electricity again. We did not bother using any of the outlets again in fear of dealing with no power again. We had the largest suite in the room we paid for. That was our experience. The floor smelled like mold and as if there was accumulated moisture and no ventilation. May have been unsafe standards with moist/mold accumulation. The fact that we had no power for two night because of their lack of proper power to support their appliances and then not thinking to support us until the next morning and only support was to fix their problem and not to apologize or make us feel welcome and better about our terrible stay. Will not ever stay here again.

Stayed at Hotel Pont Royal a week ago and couldn’t be happier with the stay. Room, staff and Paris location was fabulous. This was our second stay with them and I’m sure another will be coming up soon.

Very nice hotel but had trouble each morning to get Ubers.

The staff was beyond amazing. I cannot say enough good things about the team. Will stay here again.

Not only is Pont Royal a wonderful hotel, the location is terrific. Most city destinations are walkable and Paris is a walking city. All the staff is friendly and accommodating.
