Ok for a night. Door lock no working properly and receptionist no willing to check it trying to convince me it was right without checking.

Somewhere to get your head down for the night very basic but plenty good enough for an overnight stay

Basic hotel, good location

Clean, staff very helpful. Would like to have the facility to be able to make tea/coffee in the room

We booked this hotel because we have used it before and know it is ideally located for a quick getaway on to the motorway, as we were on the final leg of a very long journey up from southern Spain. Le Mans is a beautiful city, with lots to see, so is well worth a visit. A short drive from the hotel brings you to the city walls, where there is a large free car park, enabling visitors to walk through the narrow medieval streets. This time however, after experiencing a tyre blow out on the journey, all we wanted to do was stop, eat and sleep! We made it to reception 10 minutes before it closed and the receptionist was extremely helpful checking us into our adjoining rooms with the dog. We spoke French, she spoke English and the whole transaction was quick and efficient. Rooms were quite large and on the ground floor, so luggage could be passed in through the window to save walking. The en-suite bathrooms are tiny, but everything worked well. Travelling with a dog, the large park just outside the hotel gate is a real bonus for walking. A short distance away is an excellent pizzeria, which is where we ate before heading to bed. In the morning, the breakfast lacked several of the usual items (yogurt, sliced bread, fruit) and the member of staff on duty was surly and reluctant to find any replacements. My teenage sons found little to eat. We left before the official checkout time, but had already been hassled twice by cleaning staff wanting to sort the room.

We were arriving late and despite calling in advance it took us about 30 minutes to get attention to get it.. directio s were also not great. But room quiet and comfortable

Good value for the price. Basic overnight accommodation with decent breakfast for 5 euros. Pizzeria close by.

Despite booking and paying in advance we couldn't gain entry into the Hotel!!

noisy at night. toilets flushing and beds creaking plus noisy conversations. busier than previous visit.

It is what it is. Basic. Cigarette burns on duvet and the curtain looked like a map of the constellations due to the number of holes in it, however, it was clean.

Bathroom extractor not working, bathroom was always dripping wet all over. Bed was very uncomfortable

Needed a stop over as I travelled thro France to Spain and this hotel was spot on. Minimal facilities but. Lean comfy and friendly staff

Good location just off the motorway for an overnight stop

I booked a triple room with double plus twin beds, for one adult and two children. Upon arriving I was given a double and single. I questioned the reception, who were very rude and said that this was the same. So my two children could share and they had no other options. The WiFi didn’t work and the shower room was very dirty. I’ve stayed at many other hotels in the same chain, but probably won’t be staying here again.

3rd time we have stayed here to break up the journey south. Easy to get to off the Autoroute, quiet location and cheap and clean with free WiFi. Less than a Km away is a carrefour if you need to get anything fresh for the continued journey.

Hotel manager made me pay for a room that i had already paid for

This was a great little hotel for very little money. It was quiet and clean and felt very safe.

We did not see any reception staff on arrival and checked in automatically. At 10.00 next day the water was cut off with no information given to us though we had been to breakfast and to reception. There were no signs about maintenance being done and at least one other couple were also caught out. I spoke to the manager who did not apologize or offer any recompense. When I pay for private facilities and have a room until12.00, I am not happy to have water cut off while I am showering or to be denied use of the toilet . This experience has spoiled my previously favorable impressions of Premiere Classe hotels.

Woman on reception was very rude and didn't wanna help us.

Third time staying here and has never failed to disappoint. Comfy bed after a long drive. Is about all it has going for it. Could not get in the car park at first and the ticket machine told me to report at the front desk. But the front door was locked and there was no one at reception. Luckily a already check in guest let three parties in the car park and the opened the front door. Where myself and the two other parties were left alone at reception without anyone to check us in for 15 minutes. You get what you pay for. Bed was comfortable and thankfully skipped breakfast.
