Very nice and thoughtful services, they provided study room with stationary for free and the front desk was also very polite . The room is spacy with a double queen size bed. Very enjoyable stay!

overall it was OK but not more than average- Service was good and staff were very nice. breakfast was small and very limited (found ourselves buying breakfast in nearby cafe), and the hot-tub in the room did not work. the hotel is very small and even the reception was behind a smal desk. did not feel like a 4 star hotel.. more like a 3 stars hotel or less

The room was comfortable and clean. But it wasn’t serviced until 5.00pm the next day. Also flushing mechanism for the toilet was broken. I reported it but it wasn’t fixed.

The room was a bit small by world standards but perhaps normal by Parisian standards. All was comfortable. I am a gold member and I expected better service. For example, my wife was kept waiting several hours at checkin even though a room was available. I was not given a substantial late check out even though there was no urgent need for my room. For these services the hotel wanted extra money. So, it doesn't get a good review from me.

The room was a bit tired looking . It was disappointing to have a view of a wall outside & nothing else . It was also very small & not much storage for clothes. The bed was very comfy & it was quiet at night . The lady at breakfast who served us was really friendly . The hotel is in a good location . We loved the Korean restaurant , 3 mins walk away called Seoul Mamma & the cool cocktail bar a little further on , Solera .

The room was small but very comfortable and warm in the cool weather. WiFi wasn’t good enough for me to work, but that’s my only complaint! A great and convenient hotel in a quiet area but right in the heart of things.

Loved everything about this hotel, my only feedback is please if possible try to improve the WiFi connection as it was low connection in the top floor. But everything else was amazing!

Les notes seraient bien meilleures si à l’arrivée nous n’avions pas constaté une fuite majeure au niveau de la baignoire, que le personnel n’a pas su réparer. Résultat: une piscine d’eau perdue, un bruit d’enfer toute la nuit. Et pas de chambre de remplacement. Dommage

This was a wonderful hotel in a quiet area. It was close to the metro and walking distance to several attractions. The street noise was minimal, and the room had an AC unit, if needed. The front desk staff were all very nice. The room was pleasant with plenty of storage space and a nice size bathroom. We did not pay for the breakfast; there are plenty of cafes nearby and we chose to go to those each morning. I woild definitely stay here again.

I chose this hotel because of its high ratings and positive reviews, but my actual experience was very disappointing. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping service was good — these were among the few positives during my stay. Unfortunately, the hotel’s facilities were far below expectations, particularly the Wi-Fi, which severely impacted my stay. The Wi-Fi signal in the room was almost nonexistent. It only worked briefly when I kept the door open, but as soon as the door was closed, the signal disappeared completely. I stayed for four nights, and in total, my phone was connected to the Wi-Fi for less than 10 minutes. I had to rely entirely on my own mobile data throughout the stay. Additionally, the bathroom ventilation fan was visibly covered in thick dust, showing a clear lack of proper maintenance. During this trip, I stayed at hotels in Munich, Paris, London, and Frankfurt. This Paris hotel was the most expensive of all, yet unfortunately, it offered the worst experience.

This hotel was in an excellent location in Paris. Everything was walkable or public transportation was near by. The staff was very warm and welcoming. The room was a good size. The bed was comfortable. The room had unique older furniture but very comfortable. Overall we loved it here and would stay again.
