My wife and I had a delightful two night stay at the Hotel Rose, with the intention of visiting Mont-Saint-Michel. Our arrival and check-in were very smooth and the staff were most helpful in ensuring we had all the information we needed about visiting the Mont and the abbey. The room (cabin) was set in a small park of around 10 other cabins. The bed was very comfortable and the cabin had two comfortable armchairs and a dining table with two further chairs. The en-suite shower room was well designed and the hot water was always on demand. The hotel is a one hour walk (4.4km) from the Mont, although you can choose to drive to the large carpark and take the shuttle bus should you wish. My wife and I walked both ways (we are in our 70s, and it is straight and flat, and has a lovely river to walk beside) in order to take in the spectacular views of the Mont on the way. Beauvoir village has several restaurants offering good quality evening meals at reasonable prices, and the hotel staff are happy to advise. We took our breakfast at the hotel, which was a plentiful continental breakfast. Many thanks to the welcoming and friendly staff for making our stay extra happy.

Am Anfang habe ich die Übernachtungen für etwa 400 € gebucht gehabt. 3 Wochen vor Reiseantritt, musste ich 200 € extra bezahlen oder wo anders übernachten. Da die Hotels in der Umgebung ausgebucht waren, blieb mir nichts anderes übrig. Die Unterkunft war okay. Wir waren in einem Holzhaus untergebracht. Es roch muffig / nach Schimmel. Das Bad war mit schwarzen Flecken versehen. Lt. dem Besitzer ist es kein Schimmel gewesen. Da ich kein Fachmann bin, und ich es nicht abkratzen konnte, glaube ich dem Man. Die Angestellten (denke Familienbetrieb) waren äußerst freundlich! Sie waren auch bedacht, dass man zufrieden ist.

Pas de petit déjeuner car en travaux.
Chambre avec odeur d’humidité, un froid polaire dans les wc, pas de télévision, de simples couvertures polaires. Les peintures et finitions de la chambre déplorables.
Accueil convenable mais succinct.
Rapport qualité prix mauvais.
Parking vélo à l’extérieur.

Väldigt trevligt värdpar som var vänliga, serviceinriktade och som hjälpte till med information mm. Dock var hotellet mycket slitet. Fukt på väggarna som på sina håll blivit mögliga.

This is not a hotel, these are plywood boxes (i did not go inside the main building). There is no AC, no ceiling fans, and no windows. There is a small hole in the wall that you could stick your head out of if you were suffocating. Which you might be June - Sept. Save your family, or bring loads of deodorant and a portable AC unit.

Notre séjour a été des plus agréable, quelle joie d'avoir accès à cette oasis campagnarde située si proche du Mont-St-Michel. Notre chambre était dans une petite maisonnette avec deux lits doubles, une salle de bain et un joli toit vert. Une table était disponibles avec 4 places à l'intérieur tout comme une autre dehors pour un pic nic. On a ainsi pu y prendre nos repas ( souper déjeuner et diner). En plus, pour seulement 2 euros par vélo il est possible de se déplacer au MSM à grande vitesse! Ainsi, nous avons pu aller visiter l'abbaye la journée de notre arrivée et nous y sommes retourner en début am le lendemain puisque le temps de déplacement à vélo était de bcp réduit. Le matin nous avons pris nos cafés, notre baguette et de la mayo maison pour nos sanswichs à la super boulangerie tout juste en face. Un bel acceuil et une ambiance de vacances décontractées nous a beaucoup plu à l'Hôtel rose. Un grand merci aux personnels courtois et disponible. On a le goût d'y revenir.

Boendet var i en gammal stuga men som renoverats. Det var rent o välstädat nästan överallt men en del svartmögel fanns i duschen. Känslan av att det är ett enkelt men mysigt boende karaktäriserades av att stugan var inredd med omålade spånskivor och toan saknade toasits.

Very beautiful and comfortable stay with a unique artistic edge. Though not new, everything is very well kept. Staff is very kind and helpful. There is a 2 km beautiful walk to the free bus that takes you to Mont Saint-Michel, but we chose to walk the whole 4 km taking pictures along the way.
