Nous n’avons pas eu de réapprovisionnement d’eau quotidien et les verres n’ont pas été remis dans la chambre depuis le premier jour pendant 3jours. Nous avons dû attendre relativement long pour avoir du papier de toilette car il n y en avait pas et les gens de l hôtel étaient en train de manger (selon communication roof service - excuse peu professionnel). Néanmoins le personnel super agréable et serviable et service au petit soin.

팔레스 등급을 받을만한 호텔 입니다. 수준 높은 직원들의 응대와 서비스 및 편안한 잠자리 모두 최고 입니다. 특히 미슐랭 레스코랑에서의 잊지못할 저녁 식사는 분위기와 맛 모두 최고 였습니다 다만 조식이 숙박료에 포함되지 않아 조금 아쉬웠습니다

Wunderschönes Hotel an toller Lage mit Blick über den Lac Léman. Der Empfang ist sehr freundlich, das Zimmer ruhig und sauber, das SPA ist nicht besonders gross, aber wunderbar. Im Restaurant les Fresques wird man perfekt verwöhnt.

Séjour fantastique et inoubliable

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The rooms are impeccable, the spa, the pool and the general atmosphere is very relaxing and very welcoming! We liked the service, especially at the bar and the buffet style restaurant La Veranda.The only slight disappointment was the fact that we were not able in 5 days of our stay to book a dinner reservation at Les Fresques. The lady at reception was not helpful at all. Overall, we had a great time at this resort and this little inconvenience did not hinder our vacation. My recommendation for the hotel management would be to have more transparent communication with guests, providing them with suggestions for day trips, local attractions, more dining options and sightseeing.

Wunderbare Lage und Aussicht. In einem Ruhigen Park gelegen. Sehr schönes Anwesen. Meist sehr guter Service. Der Service an der Bar war teils sehr langsam. Der grösste Mangel ist die fehlende Sauberkeit. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, aber die Terrassen und die Innenräume, sowie auch der SPA Bereich des Hotels benötigen mehr Aufmerksamkeit und häufigeres Putzen. Es fehlt ein Auge fürs Detail. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel, mit Potenzial für Verbesserungen.

Excellent séjour dans l’hôtel Royal

We stayed at the hotel for one night. We booked a room with lake view and the view was stunning ! Staff were really friendly, spa installations are amazing and free when you booked the room. We had spa treatment and dinner at the Fresque which we recommend !

Lovely location - great view to the lake. Amazing Michelin star restaurant. Brasserie could improve it’s selection and quality - i.e Burger were servered with non cocked meat and soaking frites. Omelette were burnt wenn servered. The staff at the pool and surrounding areas not attentive enough. From order to service takes 10 min for a coffee and coffee beans could be better. Lovely spacious room - clean and well equipped.

작년에 이어 두번째방문입니다 6층주니어스윗테라스호수뷰는 첫방문때 만큼이나 감동입니다 테라스에서레만호를 바라보자면 모든것이 아름답습니다 조식은 신선한과일과 야채가 풍부합니다 직원분들 친절하게 늘 도와주시고 응대가 훌륭합니다 후문주차장 근처 출구로 나가면 무료푸니쿨라를타고 산아래로 내려가고올라올수도 있습니다 에비앙 골프클럽은 오너가 같아 투숙객은 그린피 할인도 받을수있어요

Cet hôtel incarne l'élégance et le raffinement, offrant une expérience luxueuse. La chambre est très bien aménagée, le service attentionné et les installations haut de gamme en font une destination de choix.

The view of the lake is amazing. The food was delicious and the staff was great. My wife and I really enjoyed our time at the hotel. It was about an hour away from Morzine but definitely great to come back to after a day on the slopes.

The hotel and hotel grounds are breathtaking. Quiet and serene with beautiful views from every window. Our check-in was easy and efficient. Many thanks to Laurent for his kindness and effort - especially thankful for the surprise tea set in our room when I mentioned I wasn't a coffee drinker! Hospitality at its finest. The gentleman who parked my car and brought it out when we left was very kind - I wish I got his name. Thank you to him! The room was spectacular - spacious, high quality amenities and comfortable. Evian spa available with sweet staff and indoor pool that kids can access at certain times. Outdoor infinity pool overlooking the lake. Breakfast was ok - plentiful but nothing interesting or "amazing". Dinner at the Veranda on site was ok - the kid's menu was plentiful (4 courses!) and my daughter found it delicious. Staff was lovely with her, too (thank you!). My dish of the ravioli was ok - did not love it. Pumpkin soup with chestnuts was good but slightly bland - had so much potential! Worst part about dinner was being asked by the gentleman at the host stand if we paid the check on our way out - that was so rude and demeaning, especially as hotel guests. We did pay, which I informed him, and he just said ok - no apology to us. He was also the same gentleman who, when arriving at the restaurant for our reservation initially, showed us a table in the far back corner away from everyone else. He may need some training. Loved the property overall would rec!
