服务热情，尤其是前台接待的工作人员。

住11晚只換過一個枕套（而且是反應後才換兩個枕套中的其中一個），廁所垃圾桶的塑膠袋是不更換的，每天只是把當中的髒物倒走而已，又髒又噁心。早餐室的餐桌餐墊等物很明顯的陳舊又有污漬….。晚班老先生態度不佳。很意外巴黎第九區這麼一個不錯的區塊有這樣的旅館。非常不建議觀光客入住。

價格相宜，位置好，走路15分鐘到老佛爺百貨，30分鐘可到羅浮宮 房間洗手間乾淨，但床鋪的枕頭有遺留的頭髮。坐在床上已經令人身體發癢。直到拿到乾淨的布蓋在床上，沒有被子，但室內暖爐夠暖。 前台員工也友善，願意幫忙

Hotel is a bit old. Front desk staff is nice, willing to help. Bathroom conditions a good, water pressure enough. Room with heater and fan,it is warm in winter. But the bed is not clean, Clearly seen hair on each pillow. the bed make me and my friend feel very inchy even we just seat on it. Feel better after we ask for a clean linen cover the bed. Room cleanliness can be improve. Good location, many restaurants and bar nearby, many supermarkets too. Room price is good, so u can cosider

出差超方便，老闆人很nice

非常適合商務旅行的飯店，房間雖不大，但基本設施都有，位置非常便利，周邊飲食非常齊全，鬧中取靜，本次住宿是個好經驗。

酒店服务态度超级差，楼下服务员好像一副差他钱的样子。安排的房间在阁楼也非常小和挤，床也是旧的，睡起来吱吖作响

一开始房间厕所有点味道 床是分开的两个小床拼的 老公人高睡得不舒服 而且晚上有点吵 住了一晚第二天就找前台换房间 换了一个稍微好一点的大床房了

地理位置非常方便，靠近地铁，到机场有专线大巴。房间的设置过于简单，还不能提供热水壶烧水喝。最不满意的是因法国机场罢工而取消航班所导致的晚到一天仍然全价收费，尽管Hotels打过招呼。

The location is amazing the 9th arrondissement close to the Folies Bergére The Opera and Galeries Lafayette. The hotel is old it’s small it’s quaint but for me it was perfect. It’s next door to some very new fresh hotels but you get what you pay for. It was warm it was clean a deep clean could be needed. My room which was tiny had the smallest shower on earth but hey the water was hot. The breakfast was very basic but for me fresh bread and croissants an assortment of yogurt and spreads coffee machine juice did me ok. There are food places everywhere and a really nice supermarket across and an even bigger one round the corner. The staff were just great so very kind and helpful and for me that’s what’s important. If you need luxury stay somewhere else but pay 5 times more. I was cosy and comfortable and loved my time there.

Les moquettes ont fait leur temps ! Ne pas faire plus de 80 kg pour prendre sa douche (trop exiguë). Sinon, lit confortable. Très calme côté cour. Emplacement top , quartier animé avec plein de salles de spectacle.

Très bon accueil. Le chauffage a aussi été très apprécié alors qu’il faisait froid dehors. Chambre agréable.

Rooms are basic, but clean and functional. Reception staff were friendly and it’s in a fantastic central location.

chambre propre au 5ème avec ascenceur. Hôtel bien situé, prêt des théatres, restos, métro. Correspondait à mon attente. une chambre pour un WE passé sur la capitale.

Sobre mais correct. Literie moyennement confortable, oreillers tres mous mais ils y en avait 2 autres dans l'armoire. Ca fait bien l'affaire pour quelques nuits. Bien situé dans Paris.
