Cute little place in a safe area.

Staff was helpful and pleasant

Everyone was really friendly & the location is very convenient. My problem was when I came back to my room on the second day my room was left open. Not just unlocked but the door was fully left open with a towel. I had everything of value with me but also as a female traveling alone this made me feel a bit unsafe. I let the person at the desk know but he seemed to be fairly unconcerned. I understand there was nothing he could do but a bit of empathy from him & maybe offering to check out the room or something would have went a long way.

Hotel in sehr guter Lage - Bus und Metro in der Nähe. Kleine, saubere Zimmer, völlig okay! Nettes Personal am Empfang, alle Mitarbeitern freundlich. Gerne wieder.

Great location and staff. Quaint room. Tiny shower. The only real negative is how noisy it is at night. Lots of noise in the street that echos loudly in the room.

The hotel was pretty basic. Not the nicest place I’ve stayed but it was fine and a good value. The A/C worked!

2023년 8월초의 7박에 이어 2025년 8월에도 7박하고 왔어요. 인포메이션 데스크의 응대도 좋았고, 적절한 청결도, 파리 1구의 안전성, 프랑프리, 모노프리, 한국 음식점, 루브르, 튈르리 정원과 센강, 오페라대로가 가까워 어디로든 이동하기 좋아요.

Alright hotel. Shower leaked all over the tiny bathroom, though.

Much of the property is outdated and wonky. Bags in the hall everyday, making a hazardous transfer to the stairs. No welcoming cafe' or water in a less than welcoming entrance area. Amenities were minimal. The air conditioning unit had no directions was interesting to control. Positives: great location with wonderful restaurants, shopping and accessibility to many good areas to visit. The hosts were accommodating and polite. The towels and sheets were very clean and the room was picked up daily.

DO NOT EVER STAY HERE THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE. I arrived in Paris after a 10 hour red eye flight from LA. I was so exhausted that as soon as I got in the room I took a quick 90 min nap. When I woke up I realized the AC wasn't working and alerted the front desk. The person there said they would fix it and I went out to explore the city. When I got back late at night, the AC still wasn't working and the night receptionist told me this was a known issue with the AC in that room. I was very annoyed that they sold a room with a known issue and asked for a partial refund. The person working said I'd have to ask the staff in the morning as he was not authorized to do that -- totally fine. After an uncomfortable night, I went to check out in the morning and immediately without any prompting from myself the receptionist began screaming at me, saying it was my fault that I didn't alert them to the AC not working as soon as I checked in. No apology or contrition whatsoever. I also do not understand why they wanted to START the argument with me. I didn't want to deal with any further negativity so I just left. Would absolutely never stay here again. Also the rooms are small and ugly and not at all suitable for a stay of more than one night. DO NOT EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER STAY HERE.

For the price, the hotel and the room itself were very fine. Sink is tiny in the bathroom and so is the shower (as an fyi). Bed is quite comfortable. Staff were friendly. The biggest problem I encountered was that my window opened into a small space surrounded by outer walls that had machines (a/c units?) that hummed and whirred 24/7. It was a loud enough rumbling that my ear plugs barely drowned it out. So the room was far from peaceful or quiet unless I wore noise-canceling headphones, and evidently there was no other room that I could move to. (Admittedly, I’m fairly sensitive to noise - but I can’t quite imagine anyone being happy with those noises.) I loved the location that was close to the Louvre and walking distance to all my priorities, but I’d only return if I could ensure a room away from the noise of machines.

My room was very small, having ability to walk around the bed on 3 sides. Nowhere to unpack clothes, my suitcase was on the bed every night. Room dark with one small window which. opened onto the airconnditioner service well so when any were in use the noise was terrible. The overnight receptionist, Serge was extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was a problem. It is because of him that I rate it as high as a 3. I was told the rooms with light and windows were for 2 people and my room was for one
