Nice staff cute rooms cute spa

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Steam, spa and pool are a wonderful treat after all day walking around the city! The bed was super comfortable and I would recommend the hotel!

The pool and sauna were lovely, the room was clean, service polite and quick responses. We walked in and out of the hotel at various times, did not feel particular unsafe though The street out front was dirty and had homeless people sleeping on the sidewalk by the road.

The room was too small compared to the pictures and the bathroom didn’t have a bath. The shower room was making some noise when hot water was being used. During checking in took a long time after a long flight and we couldn’t check out late as this was not available at the time.

Excellent hotel excellent service Only complaint is the room temperature as told it was centralised so you couldn’t turn it down or control it very well yourself.

I give this property a 10 out of 10. From the cleanliness to the customer service, I’d definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family! I loved it!

Good value for the money you spend here. Friendly people clean hotel

This hotel does not deserve 4 stars. Many things were missing. No soap , no robe , no fridge , horrible room service , small and cramped and worse of all , I asked for CNN and BBC every day and I never got it. So I had no TV basically. Had horrible loud people next door and it didn’t allow me to sleep for 2 nights.

We loved the comfortable bed and the fact the tv was very modern smart tv easily accessible with netflix. room was average size bathroom very nice. One problem we faced was the wait for the lift during the day, very small lift and only one available made it very tight and a long wait4. Overall we had an average stay but definitely wouldn’t rush to come back have i got another trip to paris as i wouldn’t say it is worth another visit. This is just my opinion on the hotel and understand some people may have different views.

This was our 1st trip to Paris. I choose Hotel Tojours for its close proximity to several sightseeing destinations and the Metro. The staff were all super kind and the breakfast - wow! It was amazing. Then we tried the private pool reservation on the last day - definitely very classy, clean - and they provided bath robes and slippers.

Small but cute hotel in walking distance to dining, a convenience store and the metro. Only downside: The mattress was stained, and you could see it through the sheet. Everything else seemed to be clean.

Great relaxing place to stay. It’s in a great area for walking, cute park next door, and a train stop just across the street. Host was friendly and always happy to help. We loved coming back to the sauna and steam room after days of long walks.

The hotel is quaint and beautiful. Clean, nice size room and bathroom. New steam room, sauna and gym. It has a grocery store across the street, and a bus that will take you to the Effiel Tower. The metro is also close by. I loved it and will stay there again when I go back to Paris. Also, the staff is amazing and speaks English.

All of the staff we encountered were very nice and very patient with my broken french. The spa was absolutely beautiful and worth adding on

We enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day! The staff were very accommodating. The location was well connected for the metro and RER. The beds were large and comfortable.
