The worst hotel I’ve stayed at, in recent years ! First, the reception is open only for several hours a day, and i had to call the manager (or owner or whatever) to have the front doors open. When I finally got to go into my room, I found out that « The toilet is broken » !!!!! So I had to use the one outside of my room. Third, when I got back on my second day, I found out that my room had not been serviced; no clean towels either !!!!! When I called the manager for new towels, he just said « no time. Tomorrow morning » When I checked out, I asked the manager (or whatever) why he had given me that room, and then, he only said « there was no choice » I feel sorry for myself for choosing to stay at this hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE !

Nous sommes restés plusieurs jours dans cet hôtel. Tout s’est bien passé , accueil et services au top. Nous recommandons cet hôtel agréable, bien situé et avec de l’humanité .

Bruit dans la rue

Génial, tout simplement ! Je me sens chez moi dans cet établissement Vivement que j aie besoin de me rendre à Tours pour y retourner !

Trop de bruit pour les chambres du premier étage donnant sur l'escalier.

De receptie is bemand tijdens bepaalde uren. Echter toen we om 17 uur aankwamen was het niet open, de man zou binnen 5 minuten er zijn (uiteindelijk duurde het 25 minuten). Verder is het hotel wel aan een opknapbeurt toe want alles is echt in een oude staat. Het is allemaal wel schoon. Geen gebruik gemaatk van het ontbijt daar we al om 6 uur de deur uit moesten. De locatie is wel perfect daar het midden in de stad Tours ligt (geweldige stad) en op 8 minuten lopen van het station Tours.

Bon emplacement mais prestation basics. Il s'agit de quelques chambres dans ne résidence avec WC sur le palier pour cetaines. Reste un rapport qualité/prix correct car propre et bien placé.

The Hotel is absolutely perfect for a City trip. 10 Minutes from the trainstation. The Breakfast was great (i didnt expect it this good from a 2 star Hotel) and the staff is wonderful (i think the Lady was working there for the first time). They really try their best! i didnt know that it had no hairdryer in the bathroom that was not very pleasant but elseway the Hotel is very good. its small and clean and charming.

Bon accueil, bon service et propre, les points négatifs sont la literie et le bruit de la rue.

Bon séjour à l'hôtel Trianon. Nous étions attendu pour nous donner les clés et les recommandations. Chambre avec une terrasse et deux chaises bien agréable pour prendre le petit déjeuner (nous ne l'avons pas pris avec la chambre). L'hôtel est proche du centre-ville, sans le bruit des voitures (pour notre chambre en tout cas).

Très agréable.
