酒店位置很好，早餐也不错

位置非常好，酒店内部也符合预期。早餐也好还。

地點很好，但是因為電車及巴士經過，會地震，WiFi非常慢，很糟糕。隔音很差，走廊說話聽得很清楚。

非常非常市中心的飯店，很適合觀光&商務。 櫃檯服務很好，但是網路設定用固定IP很麻煩。最後筆電無法上網很可惜。

This hotel is amazing! Within walking distance to all the major sites and also the Acropolis conference centre. 1 min walk to the tram but you won't really need to take it. A stone throw away from the promenade and the old town. Hotel is clean and basic. Staff very friendly. Will stay here again for sure.

地點不錯，地鐵站出口就在旁邊，但晚上就會很吵，如果你是很難入睡的人就不適合，但如果你是個想要在有限的時間內看好羅浮宮和聖母院及其他景點以及購物那就很適合了，因為他離這些都在10分鐘左右的距離，塞納河也很近1分鐘就到。

Belle chambre Personnel accueillant

Chambre en bon état, cependant une forte odeur d’égout venant de la salle de bain rendait l’air de la chambre irrespirable. Je me suis plaint à la réception, mais aucune solution n’a été proposée ni même un signe de compréhension. La chambre était très petite, en particulier la salle de bain où l’on arrivait même pas à se sécher correctement en sortant de la douche. De plus, l’insonorisation de la chambre est à revoir, la toux et le réveil des voisins s’entendait depuis la chambre. Dernier point moins important, j’ai demandé un kit de brosse à dent en dernière minute et l’hôtel n’en avait pas. Aussi, un savon tout-en-un servait de gel douche et shampooing dans la douche. Pour moi, l’hôtel ne mérite pas quatre étoiles et surtout le prix de la nuit passée.

Good hotel with fantastic staff. They were very helpful and friendly.

Service was not good. Room was smelly and humid and even though online rooms were available they told us that they couldn’t change us. They only changed the day after and made people sleep in an unacceptable condition. They pretended to be nice but were completely uncooperative and found all kind of reasons for their actions. Unfortunately not up to the standards to be expected for a 4 star hotel.

Staff were exceptional, and the location is superb. I am glad I stayed there, it was perfect. Close to Olsd Town and some really fine restaurants, Need more time.

This hotel is in a great location. Tram stop and underground stops nearby. 15 min walk to main train station. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and easy walk down to the sea front. The room was nice and clean. It was small but was fine just for us to sleep in and definitely worth the price. Desk staff were all bilingual (at least) and were helpful with every request. Minor fault: The doors and walls are quite thin so you can hear the cleaners and other guests occasionally. You can hear the trams also but these don’t run much at night. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.
