ibis Cavaillon Luberon

Odeur de shit dans la chambre à minuit. La chambre d’à cote se détendait « mais il arrête maintenant ». Aucune sanction. « il sera interdit à l’hôtel à l’avenir ». On ne propose même pas de changer de chambre. Après réclamation on le donne un autre chambre déjà occupée. 1h du mat enfin une chambre vide. Aucune excuses ni geste commerciale au Check out ni considération de la nuit catastrophique.

We like the friendly professional welcome, the clean and comfortable room. We enjoyed the service in the bar. We fully recommend this hotel.

Chambre vraiment vétuste et qui avait besoin d’être rénovée. Pire ibis que j’ai pu voir … dommage !

located close from the motorway A7 5mn drive from city center of Cavaillon Rooms seem to have been renovated compared to a few years ago as it started to be old nice view on river , even if we hear a bit main road too Good AC Pillows could be a bit more harder. Too soft Good breakfast with a good local corner ; the rest is more classic : No waouhh but no disappointment too

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights to attend a wedding in the area. Found it clean and comfortable but with some mis-representations. Firstly, on hotels.com the room was listed as having a mini fridge. We arrived to find a spot for a fridge but no mini fridge. When we asked we were told they don't have them. This was a major nuisance as it was very hot (July) and we couldn't cool our pre-purchased water as we expected when we selected the room. Secondly, the hotel advertises itself as having EV chargers. Physically this is true but practically it is not. The EV chargers operated by a 3rd party who requires pre-registration and 10 days to mail a chip-containing card for payment.. without which cannot use the chargers. Unless you already have the app and card they are of no use. Hotel takes no responsibility and provides no support for the EV chargers. The lack of EV charging capabilities was a significant problem for us as we rented an EV believing we could charge at the hotel but we couldn't. We would most likely have made other arrangements if we knew the real "status" of the EV chargers. Some positives: ample free parking, good breakfast and pool was great relief for summer heat.

This is a combination of Mercure and Ibis in one building with one reception desk. Oliver staff is extremely friendly and helpful, I stated an Ibis room which was cley and very comfortable. The included breakfast was varied, continental style.The location is at the edge of Cavaillon with easy access to the A7, D99 to St Remy de Provence, and the towns of Gordes and Roussillon.

Nice European style budget hotel. Friendly, efficient, multilingual reception staff. Simple but clean, comfortable and quiet room with adequate amenities. Reliable free wi-fi. Free parking. Area seemed safe and secure. Good breakfast included but COVID sanitary precautions not followed well in breakfast area.

The staff are fantastic

Terrible! Bedsheets were dirty. We asked for rooms close together, they weren't. We asked for twin beds, they were pushed together. The staff was rude and unresponsive. Faked to not speak the language. Appalling!

Air conditioning in our room did not work. When we complained (at the time), one member of staff point blank told me the air conditioning was not working, without offering any assistance. A second member of staff said it was working but he had only just turned it on & to give it a little time to get cooler. Unfortunately, it didn’t get cooler and we had to have the windows open all night, and still couldn’t sleep because it was too hot. At check out, I told the receptionist about the problem but he was not at all interested and was not willing to help us. He kept insisting that we had to take it up with Management but he didn’t call the manager over to speak to us nor did he tell us how we could contact the Management. He was very rude and clearly just wanted to get rid of us because we complained about the hotel. Amenities very poor. Only one small bath towel provided per guest; no hand towel and no pool towel. No coffee/tea making facility. For the price they charge, the facilities/amenities leave much to be desired. I would have been just as well off in the Ibis Budget a short distance away, for less money. I definitely won’t be staying here again.

Clean, safe place to stop for the night

Room was not ready when we arrived but they had everything made up for us within 15 minutes. Lovely pool and a very good breakfast.

There is really nothing much in the neighbourhood. We stopped over the hotel for one night only. The room is pretty clean, but the beds are a little too hard. ok for a one night stay
