I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights (rooms 215,219). From the evening we arrived until we left they didn’t clean the room and didn’t change towels. They said that we had to ask in the morning to clean the room. But No one told us. We came in the evening to a disordered room and dirty room, and they said that in the evening they had no stuff to fix it. We payed for a room which the service is included, and we disappointed. I stay all over the world with Ibis and it’s the first time happened such a thing. I think you should compensate us for this inconvenience.

The room was brilliant for our needs. The beds were particularly comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and everything was clean. We would definitely stay again.

Good location in out of town retail park with only fast food restaurant/dining choices in walking distance. Rooms are typical chain hotel layout with tired bathrooms. Very good breakfast & large car park. Fuel station nearby. Added bonus dogs are allowed for an additional cost

Hôtel très situé géographiquement. Personnel. de restauration très sympathique et agréable. Petit bemol, l'entretien de la chambre un peu "juste" (linge de toilettes non changé, chambre non faite...).

It is a good hotel to stay a night or two. Family friends with lots of games in the lobby

Hôtel qui reste dans les grands standards Ibis, rien à redire Équipe très disponible et sympathique. Petit loupé sur la quantité dispo pour un petit déjeuner, aussitôt rectifié dès le lendemain. Nous n'hésiterons pas à y revenir si nous revenons sur Colmar

This hotel is what it is .. budget property on the edge of town. Rooms are functional and small. There is a bar and restaurant on site - don’t pay the ridiculous amount they want for breakfast. The challenge is that it seems to be understaffed - we had to wait a long time with no one around for check in - and staff were surly and unhelpful.

Je réside régulièrement dans cet hôtel , deux nuits en général. Les chambres sont propre avec la climatisation. Grand parking et accès rapide à la voie rapide direction Strasbourg , à des commerces et même une salle basic fit. La restauration n’est pas en reste avec de bonnes tartes flambées.

Nightmare. Property is old and tired and it shows. Aircon was not working in our room in the hottest week of the year - the hallway was cooler. Staff tried to help but ultimately only could provide a fan. We arrived at 8:30 pm but were not able to dine at the hotel's restaurant as it was "fully booked". In fact, it was empty, but they seem not to accept walk ins (why would you not monetise a captive audience is a mystery, as there really aren't many walkable alternatives). Breakfast was plain, average at best.

Pour un ibis rouge j'ai été déçu de l'état des locaux. Chambre propre mais tuyau de douche à moitié cassé et noir de crasse. Pour le personnel, trop de jeunesse qui ne sont pas formés. Un repas moyen pris à l'hôtel . Bref un séjour correct mais pas à la hauteur des attentes, en comparaison ibis rouge Chalons.

Der Zimmerservice war nie vor 16:00 Uhr da, also wurde der von mir nicht genutzt. Frühstück war so lala. Halbpension kann ich nur abraten. Es gab eine Karte die sich nie änderte, auf der waren 5 Gerichte. Das Menü des Tages unterschied sich auch selten von dem des Vortages

Pas de probleme

L'hôtel en général est à revoir ,son aspect un peu fatigué, la literie aussi, pas de produit d'accueil, mauvaise organisation pour les repas, un employé pour accueillir les client, prendre la commande et servir et en même temps faire le bar(une heure pour avoir une salade et l'on est parti); Bon petit déjeuner!! On sent bien une organisation basée pour faire des économies et les clients en pâtissent.
