Absolutely amazing hotel. When travelling, I prefer to stay at chain hotels as they tend to be more reliable and safe. Hotel room was huge, toilet/ shower was a very good size and the check in was so easy. The lady spoke both French and English so made it a very easy process. Got breakfast included which was lovely. Short walk to the museum and Christmas market as well as the high streets and Dunkirk harbour. 10/10 recommend

On arrival, manager tried to prevent us from removing our luggage from the car we had stopped in the designated area in front of the hotel, citing an expected bus. After long discussion allowed us to take luggage from the car before moving off. No bus arrival for at least 15 minutes after we vacated the space. Pompous, rude, not what we would expect from Ibis!! Other staff, amenities, etc. we’re just fine.

Rooms were cold, bedding was tired, mattress was lumpy. The bathroom had mould around the edges and a damp smell.
There is not even a kettle in the room.
Very disappointed with this Ibis. The ones I have used in the U.K. have always been fine, but this one was definitely below expectations.

Hotellet var rent og pent. Ekstra puter er alltid et pluss og det var det. Frokosten var enkel, men ok. Middag om kvelden var kjempegod ! Det var bare to håndklær på badet. Kunne vært to til.
