Nous avons failli nous faire frapper par le voisin de la chambre d’hôtel qui est venu tambouriner toute la nuit à notre porte nous empêchant de dormir

Staff was very nice brilliant location , everything was very good

The hotel and room was clean and modern. The room was better suited for a business trip or short stay than perhaps a family stay. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful.

Great hotel. The room in comfortable, their is parking and has no extra cost. The room service is not really room service, you can order and pick up by yourself at reception. Breakfast is a bit limited.

No lift, very very small rooms, unlikited information about air condition and very bad location..

Almost no amenities, small and old room. Far from everywhere

Great value for price hallway does smell a bit of smoke but rooms are smoke free.

Well price hotel conveniently located right off the freeway and close to supermarkets, restaurants as well as right across the street from an organic supermarket.

One stop good hotel

Standard ibis hotel with comfy beds. Handy location, easy to locate. No wifi which was a problem, no explanation given, just a Gallic shrug! Restaurant attached to hotel was busy, poor service, hot and average food.

Clean of room/hotel

We stayied for one night on our way to Strazbourg,so the hotel was conveniently located and had a good price.It has parking,and an adjoining restaurant that made it all easy for our overnight stay

hotel was clean, convenient and priced right. it is just off the road next to a couple of restaurants, not located in Strasbourg or Hagenau.

friendly and helpful staff. Ideally position next to restaurant which you do receive a discount as hotel resident.

Although not the "centre of the universe", Hagaenau is a useful half-way point to other destinations. Arriving tired after a days' driving, it was easy to check in. The rooms are basic, but all one needs for a brief stay. Airconditioning was a plus, so near the busy road. Food at the attached restaurant was very high quality, and good value. Staff helpful with early morning call for onward journey. Enjoyable experience altogether.

Un peu déçu pour un ibis. On est plus proche d'un ibis budget mais pas au même prix ... Il est vrai que la literie est meilleure qu'un budget et la SDB un peu mieux. Mais on n'est pas au niveau d'un ibis classique non plus.

Encore une fois , la Clim est coupée et le radiateur bloqué sur 19 degrés ; on vous dira que c’est la règlementation obligatoire appliquée sur les hôtels Accor ( ce qui est faux ) résultat : une chambre pas agréable et humide , des mauvaises odeurs et un accueil et couloir chauffé , une abération !

Passage pour affaire. Personnels agréables .

Es war ein einfacher Checkin und Checkout. Zimmer ist klein aber alles vorhanden was benötigt wird, außer einem Tresor und Minibar. Wir waren vollkommen zufrieden.
