Check in process was fine, our room was small but had what was needed. The problems started when we turned the aircon on and all we could smell was cannabis. It took a long time to air out the room to remove the smell. Our key card also stopped working on the second day which was frustrating, it was sorted quickly once I spoke to staff but I had to queue some time to speak to staff. The breakfast I would not recommend, there was barely any food and no glasses or mugs for drinks. It took about 15-20 minutes for a member of staff to be sighted in the breakfast room so more plates, mugs, glasses and cutlery could be put out as there were none. There was also very limited food for a prolonged period as staff were not present to keep it stocked. All in all the stay was okay for what we needed as we planned to be out but the service overall was very poor for the price that is asked.
