Room size was too small

位置很好，很容易找。房间尚好，比较舒服。唯一就是无烟房，没有窗户，有一点闷，可吸烟的房间，不知道有没有窗户。

前台服务员态度很不好

交通算方便，干净，前台服务态度不是很好

性价比不错

酒店位置很好，去地铁真很方便。但完全是自助性酒店，没有酒店service。想借一个电热水壶都没有。

I think the staff are not that familiar with English. Staff in overall speaking are nice, except one lady is a bit impolite. We would like to have some more idea about travelling in Paris and some hot water. However, her answer makes us feel that "Please do not ask me thing anymore". The room is clean, but small.

One station away from a huge shopping mall

the housekeeper took our gift box which we wanted to bring back and was put next to our luggage but did not throw the trash on the table. though we told counter staff, the person just said they could not check and we had to wait till the next morning in we needed to check out for another place before housekeeper came to work. this was a terrible experience I have never had.

I had a terrible experience about the hygiene of the bedding. We checked in very late in the evening. After shower, it was already 12:30am. We found that there was disgusting spot on the quilt. Considering that it was late, and our little son had fallen into sleep (on a separate bed), we decided not to call the service staff to change the quilt. We had to sleep without quilt that entire night. In the morning, we complained the situation to the hotel staff. Instead of appologying and finding a solution, the staff just asked us to fill out a form, and said "you should have called us to change the quilt". They felt no responsibilty at all for the disgusting situation. After seeing that we were not happy, they promised that their manager would call me. However, I have not received any call from anyone from this hotel. The lesson we learned is that if you want to stay in this hotel, you should be very careful. You need to be a quality controller to check everything you are going to use in the room.

比较满意，房间虽小但是很干净，也比较安静

Chambre Plutôt propre si on ne regarde pas dans les détails, les chambres et l’hôtel mériterai vraiment un coup de renouveau ! Prix assez élevé par rapport à la prestation

Rapport qualité/prix décevant ! Porte SDB dégradée, lavabo bouché... A plus de 200€ la nuit, on peut s'attendre à mieux.

the room was okay had problem with the room temperature setting , the staff was okay ,the breakfast need to change on the daily-not the same thing very morning.

Pfff 2 nuits pour un prix hallucinant de 560 euros. Pas de cafetière ou bouilloire dans la chambre. Des surmatelas simples en guise de matelas pour un lit double, du coup, le sur matelas glisse du lit et vous avec ! Une soit disant box petit dej lorsque vous voulez prendre le petit dej avant 6h30. Boxe qui contient 2 mini viennoiseries, une pomme une compote... Pas de boisson chaude disponible, le tout pour le prix d'un petit déjeuner normal... Des détritus qui se baladent dans les couloirs des parties communes ! Honteux pour le prix payé, je ne reviendrai pas
