I booked another location from this hotel chain, but for some reason my booked hotel linked to another location which is not what I saw online 🙄

Great location, lots of food options, close to the metro. Room door didn’t close properly, had to really pull it shut and there was mold on the shower wall. Staff were super helpful and they had a little bar to have a nightcap at.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the room we were provided. The room, advertised for 3 people, was far too small and uncomfortable. It was clearly designed for a maximum of 1 or 2 people, and there was not even enough space to open our suitcases properly. The layout and design of the room were poor, and it made our stay very inconvenient and unpleasant. It seems that more thought should be given to the comfort and needs of your customers rather than just maximizing profit. Unfortunately, this has been the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had, and I strongly suggest you reevaluate how you market and design your rooms to avoid future dissatisfaction.

The room was clean but building is old. The breakfast was very basic. If you wanna stay here dont get the breakfast option. No water bottle in the room but there was a fountain downstairs. It is too far from attractions and if you are visiting Paris as a tourist you will find travel time annoying. The cleaners dont do a great job, one day we returned and the bathroom was untouched so we reported and they cleaned.

Room is clean but small without much facilities for 2 persons stay. Setup is very basic. Not cheap. Good for short stay without complain.

It was okay, just the AC was not properly working

Overall, the IBIS people were nice and friendly, but we had an issue with the parking. on the website you said the parking would be included but once we arrived to the hotel they said no I’ve been asked to pay extra to €23 for parking. that’s very expensive and it wasn’t expected and it was not really stated clearly on your website. For future customer, you should make it clear because parking is a big issue anywhere, especially when visiting big cities like Paris.

If you want to trade everything of a real hotel for transportation convenience, this is the place.

The room was comfortable and clean. Well located, near 2 metro stations. The staff was nice, good service.

The hotel's air conditioning did not work (it seemed any room as I also heard another customer complain as well about no air conditioning.) When bringing this up, the front desk said "The air conditioning is different than your country" and said they would provide a fan, but never did. Probably didn't have any left. I never experienced this poor of A\C during many other trips to Paris or France or to any other country. Note, this was AFTER the heat wave that Paris was experiencing. The elevator did not work for the entire time I stayed at the hotel. The rooms appear to have been renovated and were nice and clean, but I would highly recommend to avoiding staying at this hotel at all costs.

Beautifully clean, quiet and very accessible hotel near the Place d'Italie with very helpful staff

Conveniently located to metro station and bus stops, friendly staff. Breakfast was decent. Rooms slightly small, but then you get what you pay for so cant complain much. Overall had a good stay.

This property disappoints. There were a couple of super nice staff but check in was slow and a bit tense. The room was painfully small for two people with thread bare towels and inadequate space for luggage. There’s major construction going on which was loud and disruptive. Try another option if you have a choice.

The property is near restaurants, shops and walkable. Rooms too small.
