The staff was super friendly. Breakfast had lots of choices. All in all, we had a great stay!

Berry dirty rooms. First room given wasn't cleaned and had to be assigned new room. Dust and spider web in corners of room, and stained lamp shades. Property only has 2 parking spots per staff and they are first come first serve. There is subterranean parking Uber hotel but it is public and you pay the public rate. Main lobby had foul odor. Only stayed because I arrived very late. Went to bed in my clothing and slept for 4.5 hours and checked out at 05:30. I couldn't get out of there fast enough!

Very friendly staff. Excellent location. No waiting lines. Otherwise no frills hotel - small, but comfy rooms with no minibar or kettle

It's ok, nothing special. No minibar to cool your drinks which kinda sucks during summer. But friendly and easy to access, great location as well.

Staffis extrzmely helpful and friendly. Aside from that, although well located, hotel is overpriced for what it has to offer: room was small, bathroom minuscule, tiny bed. Decoration and matetials date back from the 70's and look very cheap. I do not recommend.

An excellent location but the building is decaying.

The trip to Strasbourg was uneventful and I was looking forward to reaching the hotel but upon arrival I was bitterly disappointed. The room was small with an even smaller bathroom. The décor was from the late sixties to early seventies and the feeling was that this hotel needed a full facelift or to be rebuilt. I did not like it all. Staff we not pleasant either.

Very clean and neat. I wish they would recompense expenses for the parking garage next door when their own parking lot is full.

nice hotel , nice location

For the price it’s just ok. Very old hotel, the room was clean but not in good condition (you See That the room and the fourniture and the bathroom have Not been replaced in many years). TV didn’t work from time to time. There is a Window you can cover in the bathroom and it’s freaky because people from outside could See you. Overall ok for a cheap stay. Location of the hotel is quite ok too (we have no car)

The hotel was ok with good location but it’s a bit dated and in my opinion it needs some renovation.

Well located to Petite France and inner city even to walk. Hotel was clean - staff were very pleasant and helpful - bfast was ok but need to do something better with boiling eggs at bfast😡 Rooms were small so were the beds. Nil wardrobe just a few shelves for two people meant living out of suitcase for three days.
