I like the breakfast paticular have the fresh orange juice. The room is quite small in compare with other standard IBIS hotel. Difficult to communicate in English during check in but the receptionist has tried to understand. Also the parking is not so good as we only can park the car between 1930 and 0930.

Esperienza davvero positiva. Le camere di per se non sono grandi ma sono comunque confortevoli e pulite. La zona è poco fuori dal centro che si può comunque raggiungere agevolmente con una camminata o utilizzando la metro con la fermata a breve distanza o tramite tram. Vicino ci sono varie attività commerciali e non mancano supermercati e ristoranti nonché il mercato giornaliero. Purtroppo é capitato di assistere a scene "particolari" in strada ma senza subirne le.conseguenze. Il personale della struttura é estremamente gentile soprattutto il giovane Brice alla reception ed il personale della sala colazioni che, anche se non molto varia, é comunque discreta.

Les chambres sont minuscules et les facilités réduites à leur plus strict minimum (pas de sèche serviette ni de patère, peu de produit de toilette…) Mais c’est très calme, très propre, et surtout le personnel d’accueil, d’entretien et de petit déjeuner est particulièrement agréable

Um pouco distante da região central de Marseille e o quarto era pequeno, mas as instalações são modernas. Atendentes gentis e prestativos. Café da manhã satisfatório.

Chambre très petite , moquette sale , taches de moisissures au plafond, matelas pas très confortable. Vue sympa sur notre dame de la garde. Petite salle pour le petit déjeuner, un manque de choix , de place et d’approvisionnement lors des heures d’affluence. Tout le personnel n’est pas d’une sympathie égale :personnel petit déjeuner bien , dame de la réception du dimanche très bien. Dans l’ensemble plutôt déçu de notre séjour

C'était un séjour fantastique à tout point de vue. Merci au staff. Le petit déjeuner malgré sa gratuité était fabuleux de variété donc un grand bravo à la direction et employés.

L'hôtel Ibis Styles est un établissement milieu de gamme, qui paraît convenable mais quelconque au départ, avant de nous reserver de nombreuses bonnes surprises. L'accueil est charmant et chaleureux. La chambre parait banale, mais la salle de bains est toute rénovée et on se rend compte le soir que le lit est d'un grand confort. Le petit dejeuner est correct, puis on se rend compte qu'il y a une belle sélection de thés en brins de chez Palais des Thés. Le café et les viennoiseries sont offerts toute la journée. La situation à Castellane est idéale. Nous reviendrons sans faute!

Chambre trop petite et pas de frigo

Ive come to Marseille to visit my friend. For my stay, I wanted a hotel tjat was quite close to Saint Charles station and was an affordable proce. I booked Ibis via hotel.com and it disappoint. I arrived in the evening. The receptionist was very friendly , spoke good english and was very helpful. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a real treat offering cereals, toast, pastries, coffee and juices. I would definitely recommend this hotel. *5 all the way!

Malgré un personnel au petit soin, l'hôtel aurait bien besoin d'un entretien régulier, par exemple un mitigeur qui bouge c'est un petit détail qui a son importance.

Accueil très agréable ! Les chambres sont confortables et la literie est très bonne ! Le personnel est aux petits soins pour répondre à nos attentes .

Great location. Metro station just a short walk away which takes you straight to train station. Bus takes you straight to beach and Olympic site in other direction. Great restaurants nearby; we used Namaste; Wasabi; Le Caucase and all were great. Small convenience shop right opposite the hotel and big market just around corner. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast nothing special but included in price and certainly adequate. Worthy of note, the breakfast staff kept the supplies constantly well-stocked and very clean. Room and bathroom adequate and clean, although the bathroom was quite small and in need of a little attention. We were on 6th floor and room was very quite. Air-conditioning much appreciated as temperature was in the 30s.

Very convenient location for public transport to the football stadium.

Less than 5 minutes from metro station. Only a couple of metro stops to the velodrome stadium. Staff are friendly and decent Parisian breakfast. Pretty good for free breakfast deal and under $100

Made me think of the Cecil from the netflix doc.
