非常垃圾，沒熱水沒wifi，環境污糟，門鎖破舊 服務員態度差，不願退款亦沒有幫助，只說：nothing I can do.

電梯較窄，不易大型行李。電掣亦有壞

在九区，位置很方便！酒店价格很便宜了，暖气好足，床也不错，就是不给补充袋装沐浴露，外出的把钥匙留在前台不知道是为什么，其他都不错的！

房间很大，但是依旧没有一次性拖鞋

飯店接待人員態度不佳， 房間內電話壞的。第一天浴室的水忽冷忽熱，第二天沒熱水。 半夜街上太吵，無法睡覺，連續兩天都如此。 無法忍受 ，要求第三天退費 ，另找旅館。 旅館不願退費，推給Hotel.com。與Hotel.com 越洋電話連絡 ，hotel,com 與旅館人員溝通無效。 也沒下文 。

还可以，方便，就是没有空调，晚上会有点吵。

Un superbe hotel! L ascenseur est vraiment minuscule, il faut y aller par 2 max mais sans bagages, mas la chambre est tres belle, très confortable avec une salle de bain remise a neuf et une vue sur les immeubles parisiens magnifique!!!

Very friendly front desk, the room didn't have a mirror, just one over the bathroom sink. Clean, just very minimal.

Perfect location

This hotel is in a lovely spot and overall the hotel is nice for the cost. Unfortunately it is in a noisy spot and especially some rooms which face the bar (like the one I was in on the first floor) are extremely noisy until about 2 or 3am (I was there a Thursday, Friday, Saturday). The staff were overall nice however I did encounter and issue on about my 3rd time leaving the hotel when the staff member requested my room key and pointed to a sign that said it was hotel policy to leave your key when you leave. This hadn’t been explained to me at check in or any of the prior times I had left so when I questioned it all she could do was say it was policy (from researching now I can see this isn’t uncommon but after 4 weeks of travel it wasn’t something I had been asked before). As a solo female traveller I felt somewhat safe in the area/hotel except for the fact that there is no extra security chain on the door apart from the lock. For the price overall it was alright but the sheets and towels had some holes, it wasn’t the cleanest place I have stayed and the noise that kept me awake till very late were factors in my rating.

Albergo in posizione centrale, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla zona Palais Royal - Louvre. Attorno è pieno di ristoranti e caffè. Cadet e Grands Boulevards sono le fermate della metro più vicine. Ottimo per un breve soggiorno

I liked the area with the arcades and restaurants. The staff were very pleasant. I would stay again. Cheers

エレベーターが使えないのが辛い。 また、結構周辺の音がうるさかった。

Comment est-il possible d’arriver à ce niveau d’inconfort à ce tarif aussi élevé de 120euros la nuit (sans les petits déjeuners) Literie épouvantable ; fenêtres très mal isolées donc très bruyant … fils électriques qui pendent du miroir de la salle de bain …. On entend la douche les toilettes et tout le reste des voisins de chambres Horrible

A mon arrivé dans la chambre, il y avait un chiffon sale sur le lit. Pas de porte ou de séparation entre la salle de bain et la chambre. La salle de bain n'ayant pas de rideau. À la fenêtre, je dormais avec la lumière des lampadaires. Enfin dormir est un grand mot. L'hôtel est dans une rue apparemment très fêtarde. Impossible de dormir, réveillé toutes les 20min par les hurlements des gens dans la rue. Autre point, impossible d'avoir de l'eau chaude plus de 30sec dans la douche. C'est le pire hôtel que j'ai fait dans cette game de prix. Cependant, l'accueil était top et les personnes agréables.

Check-in et dépose des bagages le matin et quand nous sommes revenus le soir pour prendre possession de la chambre, sans une parole ni excuse du réceptionniste nous avons découvert sur la porte de l'ascenseur qu'il était en panne ! A 66 ans et des problèmes de hanche les 6 étages ont été très compliqués à monter !

かなり小さめのホテルで入口も分かりづらかった。受付の女性の方はとても愛想が良く気持ちの良い接客でした。部屋は小さいけど清潔さは保っており暖房を自分で調節出来るのが良かった。アメニティは最低限の物があるくらいなので、気になる人は持参した方が良いです。 カードキーは外出するたびに受付に置かなくてはいけないが、常に誰かが受付にいるので、さほど気にならなかった。 難点としては古い建物だから螺旋階段が狭く歪み、大きいスーツケースを持って2階に上がるのは困難でした。エレベーターはあったが使えなかった。 あとは壁が薄く、隣の部屋の人の声が聞こえてしまったのが気になった。 運良く遅くまで騒がない隣人だったので夜は眠れました。

Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. Friendly staff and central location within walking distance to tourist sites and public transport. I went to a concert at the Olympia and the hotel location was very convenient.
