Easy to find. Staff helpful. Room comfortable. WiFi not available in bedroom. Laon Cathedral is amazing - well worth a visit.

A nice clean hotel with good facilities and a very nice breakfast too.

Used as a pit stop hotel on journey further south everything fine. Our room was upstairs, my wife is mobility limited and no lift available. Poor for a relatively new building.

Water leak all the time. They tried to fix it in midnight, said sorry but refused us to change room.

Good stop of with safe parking and restaurant when driving across France . Chain I would recommend.

Our first visit to France in almost 10 years and the stay in Laon was to break-up a longer journey. The check-in was quick and easy. The room was quite basic but the thought of having an air-con unit was great until we realised that it needed some maintenance, as it was dripping water. By now it was late, so we simply placed a small bin under the main drip, which a bit noisy but didn't spoil our sleep. The black-out blinds were brilliant and the shower was great, which is always important. Continental breakfast was nice, with a good selection of breads, croissants, jams, meats and cheeses. There was also coffees and fresh fruit juices. We didn't use the restaurant but it did look nice and there were a few people dining in there when we walked past it.

I stay here a lot. Always consistent. Ideal stop off to and from Calais.

When booking, we said for medical reasons we requested two extra pillows, on arrival there was only 1 memory foam pillow (which are rubbish anyway), then we asked specifically for an extra pillow, our request fell on deaf ears so had no luck. If we knew they wouldn't supply extra pillows, we wouldn't have booked there. The next day I had such terrible neck pain.

Just a tired hotel, air con didn’t work, TC channels did not tune in properly- very outdated room. However it was clean

Very good for a peaceful stopover travelling to Italy. 30 minute walk to beautiful medieval town with lovely restaurants perfect after a day in the car.

Disappointing accommodation for Kyriad - we chose the hotel rather than Kyriad direct as thought it would be a slightly better standard all round. The whole property was tired and staff seemed overworked and uninterested.

Location was convenient to local roads and motorway. The experience was enhanced by the attached restaurant offering reasonably priced evening meals. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well presented and offered a satisfying start to our ongoing journey.

Perfect stopover for travelling south. Easily located off motorway..Beaune is a beautiful town to explore on foot from hotel..This is my third trip and I will continue to use each journey.

Good size room, fairly well equipped. Easy to find off A26, pleasant area on outskirts of Laon. Plenty of parking. Would stay there again.

Good for a quick one night stay whilst on the road. But like most hotels in France, its not one that I would like to spend much time in. Good location near to the motorway, free parking and a 24hr reception. Thats all I need when on a road trip, arriving late and leaving early. Cheap price too. The bed was the only positive about the room. The bathroom had wallpaper on the floor and just felt dirty due to the 1970's decor. In general, its not pleasant. It done the job for a quick and cheap stop over whilst on the road. I wouldn’t be happy paying more than £40 for a night

There were a good selection of restaurants near by. Good situation, easy to find from the motorway.

Good overnight stay option. Clean, comfortable, good amenities and restaurants nearby.

Despite checking beforehand and on arrival the hotel restaurant closed for orders at 21.30. After 7 hours on the Autoroute to close at this time on a Saturday night we find unacceptable. A shame as the rest of the hotel was fine.

Very conveniently located just off the Autoroute des Anglais, surrounded by good restaurants. Rooms clean and modern, and very good value. My son left his computer and Ipad behind, which we didn't realise until one of the Staff took the trouble of contacting us as we were driving south. Very impressive, and excellent service (and honesty!).
