Personnel adorable, petit déjeuner en chambre extra, situation idéale, on peut faire tout le centre à pieds. Sans oublier le petit salon avec café/thés/infusions et eaux à disposition. J'y reviendrai sans aucun doute.

L'hôtel est vraiment très bien tenu et la qualité du service de la réception excellent. Toutefois, j'avais une chambre un peu ancienne avec du mobilier mal coordonné malheureusement qui me laissait très peu de place dans la chambre. C'est dommage car cela dégrade le rapport qualité / prix de cet établissement bien situé.

Excelent service and center city

chambre et sdb propres, lit très confortable bémol : plateau avec petits sachets de ships, gâteaux secs, cacahuètes, payants ...exhaustifs... il n'y a pas si longtemps il y avait une petite bouteille d'eau minérale gratuite dans le frigo.....

en centre ville, hôtel agréable, bon accueil, j y suis fidèle depuis des années

Pas de rideau occultant, la literie est plus que limite. La décoration est anecdotique.

Personnel très agreable, très bon moment. Propre, fonctionnel, très bon rapport qualité / prix, très bon emplacement, bon petit-déjeuner et le petit plus de l’espace lecture / jeu / thé est bien agréable. Merci !

Hôtel très bien placé Pas de parking mais parking de ville à 200m Immeuble et accueil moderne et très agréable En revanche Chambre vieillissante, une literie très moyenne et surtout pas du tout insonorisée sur l'extérieure si vous êtes côté Bus et Tram. Les huisseries mériteraient un bon coup de neuf en y intégrant des volets et non un rideau vieillissant , et qui prend la poussière et l'humidité Accueil trés professionnel

Chambre calme et spacieuse

Très bien

Staff was great. Location was good. Everything is just a little old and worn at this point, which I don't have a problem. However, I hated the bathroom, which was entirely small yellow tile. "I've been in gym locker rooms like this," my husband commented when we arrived. Aesthetics aside, the bathroom did not seem clean, as the grout either had stains or active dirty spots. This was true on the shower walls, in multiple places, and not just along floor edges. If I thought it was an issue with housekeeping, I would have complained, but it's clearly an ongoing issue that has built up. If they have bathrooms in better condition, I assume we'd have been put there; it felt like very few people in the hotel. This was also an unusual hotel in that we had a physical key for our room, and had to use it to lock the door both from the inside and from the outside. I don't find this useful in an emergency, to have to unlock a room with a physical key to get out. We also had to buzz to get into the hotel, and they requested that we turn in the key at reception when we went out. As a bonus, the front was always staffed, and they did pay attention when we went to the hotel. This was also the only of 6 hotels we used in France where they requested that we show them our passports; I wonder why they did that. This hotel is no longer a 4 star hotel. I don't mind that everything seemed a little threadbare, but I wouldn't stay here again unless they renovate the bathrooms.
