Chambre et accueil impeccables

Le petit déjeuner très bien. Grosse déception en ce qui concerne la chambre notamment le chauffage, nous étions avec notre petit enfant et il a eu froid. PAS DE CHAUFFE SERVIETTE ou radiateur dans la salle de bain, nous n'avons pas fait prendre de douche à notre petit enfant, d'autre part les serviettes ne séchaient donc pas, TRES DESAGERABLE d'avoir une serviette mouillée (humide) pendant 3/4 jours. C'est dommage car le personnel est bien convivial.

Petit déjeuner trop tardif 7:00 au plus tôt avec du retard donc début de la journée en retard. Déjeuner à 6:30 en semaine serait mieux adapté

Nice welcome lovely clean room with a view of the garden a view of the ferry. Secure parking on offer at a fair price comfortable room. Just be aware that There are stairs for anyone who may have trouble negotiating

Wonderful room and friendly staff.

Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das merkt man speziell im Bad/WC. Lage ist hervorragend, wenn man sich geschichtlich interessiert. Parken im Hof gegen 10€. Frühstücken war nett, weil man in einem Wintergarten mit Sicht auf den Strand sitzt.

Utsikt mot stranden, trygg parkering med möjlighet att ladda vår elhybridbil Mysig bar och väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal Hotellet låg centralt och bara ett par minuter till många restauranger

Great location and view from our room overlooking the beach. V convenient for the ferry in the morning. The garden looked lovely although we didn't have chance to make use of it. Parking v convenient. Beautiful building with a lot of history but overall it felt tired and a but unloved. Felt like a real shame. Our room did the job for an overnight stop but it was cramped for 3 of us. The shower took an age to run hot. I think this was due to some sort of water saving feature but not ideal when you need to grab a quick hot shower before an early ferry. The staff were super polite and helpful. But it was a shame it wasn't possible to get a hot drink in the evening - everything was closed up.

The property was well placed and historic. The breakfast was great. The toiletries could be upgraded.

Easy parking

Old world charm in a hotel with a lot of history, close to the beaches, town centre and ferry terminal.

Séjour très agréable dans une chambre spacieuse et calme donnant sur le jardin. Literie de bonne qualité. Hotel très bien situé face au casino et la thalasso et proche du centre ville animé.

Friendly staff & clean rooms. Was a bit noisy on the sea front around the casino

Great stay before getting the ferry , lots of great restaurants, to eat at in the evening , the Hôtel recommended lots of different ones different prices & food

We really enjoyed our view of the ocean, and the convenience if being close to many restaurants. The room #41 could really use some tender loving care. The shower head wouldn't stay up, the entrance to the room was dark and could use a light and a curtain. Then it could be used as a change room, because the bathroom is too tiny to move around in. Other than that we had a pleasant stay.
