房內的衛生程度不能令人滿意，而且執房員常常忘記添加水及紙巾，要提醒才能補給，也沒有給房間吸塵，要提醒才做

We were lucky to find this hotel for our 1 unplanned night in Paris. Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable beds. Glad we found it.

Early check in and a nice, clean room

The room was clean and pleasant, and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. However, there was not enough space in the bathroom to store towels and personal belongings. In addition, the water did not drain well in the shower booth. As for the restaurant, there were not many options available for children.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, Gutes Frühstück, Ruhige Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, Schöne Zimmer. Haben ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten und auch eine kleine Geburtstagsüberraschung.

Tout beau tout propre . J’ai adoré leur hall /salle de travail. Et que dire de mon lit vraiment des plus confortables avec une chambre au calme de la cour intérieure. J’y reviendrai assurément

Hôtel coup de cœur dans le 10e. On y retournera!

Das Hotel ist nur zwei Metro-Stationen vom Gare du Nord bzw. eine vom Gare de l‘Est entfernt. Es liegt außerdem verkehrsgünstig zwischen zwei Metro-Linien, die schnelle Verbindungen in alle Richtungen ermöglichen. Sehr hilfreiches Personal, komfortable Zimmer und ein reichhaltiges warmes und kaltes Frühstücksbüfett - von Ratatouille über verschiedene Käse bis zu französischem Gebäck. Am Abreisetag besteht die Möglichkeit einer Gepäckaufbewahrung. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort und können das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Great spot!

Spacious comfortable room, that was very clean. The room was clean and had good storage space, with a nespresso coffee maker and kettle. I had very quiet comfortable sleep throughout my stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. If I had to find anything small thing wrong it would probably be the hot breakfast options. The sausages and eggs didnt taste great, but i was late for breakfast and that may have impacted the taste. On the other hand the cold breakfast options were really good. The location was very useful if you are arriving in Paris via the Eurostar at Gare du Nord, as it is only 10 minutes walk away.

Very specious rooms, friendly staff, hotel is within blocks of Metro station, some great restaurants, and pastry shops. Our 4th floor room looked out onto the top of a near by church and picture perfect Paris roof tops. Perfect for photos. Will recommend this hotel to family and friends. 5-Star staff service.

Great bang for the buck.

A warm (v early morning) welcome at check-in. Great staff all round. Comfortable clean room and a comfortable bed and an excellent shower with Molton Brown soaps/gels. Fluffy towels too. Good varied breakfast. Roof terrance where you can take your own drinks/snax etc. 5min walk to the Metro and 10min to Gare Est. Plenty of places to eat/drink close by. We’d stay there again!

The hotel is located centrally close to train stations and taxi. Rooms are comfortable. Good value

Loved this hotel…like an oasis in the desert. The street it’s on is a bit sketchy, but the hotel itself is lovely. Great breakfast and outdoor terrace. Feels new!!

Das Doppel-Zimmer und das Bad ist für eine Person ausreichend; bei 2 Personen besteht mindestens erhöhter Kommunikationsbedarf untereinander. Frühstück sollte es offiziell ab 07.00 Uhr geben; leider war das Büffett nicht aufgebaut. "Prends-le a´la légéré". Es ging ja dann im zweiten Anlauf ab 07:30 Uhr los.
