The location of the hotel is superb. The heart of Stasbourg can be reached in short walk and the important hub of trams is within 30 seconds walking distance. The Christmas Market will be right in front of the hotel if visiting there in December. The location is the only good point of value of money if staying here during Christmas market period. I was there in late January with a special discount rate under EUR 50, so I have nothing to complain, owing to the super convenient location. The room is too dark and furniture is outdated. To keep the room light dim is quite smart because it makes those old, unclean furniture, carpet, wall and corners not so directly visible. Hot water in 5th floor came slowly, but it is very hot for good shower. Very good for a short stay for one person. The clerk communicating in English in the reception is very friendly.

Great location ! Downstairs is the Kleber Square, Next to the Lafayette and pharmacies. Like a little Paris! Good to enjoy your vocation before Christmas with comfortable bed and delicious breakfast in hotel.

Desk staff periodically leaves the reception area and locks it up, so if you've left your keys with them, you're shut out; then they're dismissive if you object. My room had a floor on two levels (down to the bathroom and to the area in front of the door), so I had to be on guard against tripping. Bedside light wouldn't stay on because the plug falls out of the socket. In-room coffee/tea supplies not replenished. There was an electric kettle on the desk, but the nearest electrical outlet was on the other side of the room. Liquid soap container empty. The 5:30 a.m. fire alarm that wasn't shut off for 20 minutes didn't help either (there was no fire). I have no objection to re-using towels, but hotels usually ask your preference rather than just declining to give you new ones. The key to my friend's room next door jammed in the lock and needed staff intervention to get open (twice). Nice bed and duvet, though.

Cute hotel, old building as expected in the area. Just in the right place to walk around the old city and city center.

Very convenient location in the heart of the tourist area. Liked the shopping in the area. Liked the two single beds. Really missed not having a refrigerator, and there was no ice machine that would have helped since there was no refrigerator and it was very hot weather while we were there.

En plein coeur de strasbourg et de toutes les activités. C'est ma ville coup de coeur. Peut importe où on loge, on est bien situé mais le faut d'avoir le stationnement si près alors que c'est une rue piétonne, c'est génial

Very central, parking garage very close, close to restaurants and points of interest. Clean, well equipped room, comfortable.
