Lovely hotel. Good location.

The hotel was OK but need renovation of some rooms. Furniture was rundown and deteriorated. We wxpected better amount of towels snd toiletries.breakfast and food in general was excellent.

The lobby and restaurant were good. The food very good. The room was bad. Rundown furniture and few towels and toiletries

Muy limpio y cerca del metro

I didn’t get sleep that night due to the disruptions of the football game. Fireworks and ambulance were going off all night and I didn’t sleep till 4 am and I had to check out at 11 am.

La puerta corrediza del baño rechinaba mucho, había que dejarla abierta para evitar el ruido durante la noche, sería recomendable que la tina de baño esté un poquito más baja, para facilitar entrar a la ducha y evitar una caída. Al regresar al hotel para la segunda noche, no habían puesto toallas, las pedimos tres veces, las llevaron hasta que transcurrió una hora. Muy buena ubicación y desayuno. Hotel muy concurrido.

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this property. The AC in my room wasn't working properly, I had to make two calls to the front desk before someone came to check the issue. The technician claimed to fix the issue, however, the issue remained. Two night crappy sleep due to malfunctioning AC. I also requested a wash cloth which I often do when travelling to other Marriott properties worldwide. Apparently they only have a few available and other guests had already requested them. A property of this size should have enough inventory on hand to serve their guests. As a lifetime Marriott Gold member, I expected more from a Marriott branded property.

Long and slow line to check in - consider having more reception staff for a hotel of this size. Room was small but satisfactory. Pay attention to type of room you are booking to avoid paying extra costs. We booked a triple room thinking it was for 3 people, but it was a triple room booked for 2 people , and had to pay an extra €90 for the third person.

Great hotel

We were put in a first floor room which had a non working thermostat, No power to the desk area so couldn't charge phones, etc, no furniture to put luggage on, and a very high tub which needs a step stool to enter safely.... basically worse than a Motel 6 for many times the cost..... After complaining we were shifted to a much better room... however, the hotel should not be renting rooms like the initial room- it should be demolished and rebuilt!

We did not have breakfast but the food looks great. We love the cleanliness of the bedroom and toilets and we would come back again.

Gutes Hotel in der Nähe von einem Bahnhof und einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Personal am Empfang super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer hatte ausreichend Platz. Toilette und Bad waren getrennt. Leider funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht richtig und das Fenster lies sich nicht öffnen, sodass es im Zimmer ziemlich warm war. Bett war ein Kingsize Bett und ausreichend groß, für unseren Geschmack aber leider zu weich. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Es war für jeden etwas dabei und alles schmeckte wirklich sehr gut. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum war allerdings eine Katastrophe. Alle zogen ein Gesicht wie sieben Tage Regenwetter und waren sichtlich lustlos ihre Arbeit zu verrichten. Leider stapelte sich das benutze Geschirr auf den Tischen und wurde lange nicht abgeräumt. So kam es, dass die Tische nicht zeitnah neu eingedeckt wurden. Alles in Allem würde ich das Hotel dennoch weiterempfehlen.
