all good, except there was left over smell after cleaning (smell like detergent). I am sensitive on odour and need to open the balcony door overnight to clear the smell.

1. 遇到的每一位櫃檯接待、房務人員和貓的態度都非常好。 2. 房間狀態和設備維護良好。 3. 大面窗戶白天採光佳，遮光簾效果好，但天黑後房內燈光偏暗。 4. 地段佳，相對安全，巴士和地鐵交通方便。

地點在市中心，房間很大整潔，價錢合理！步行或乘搭Metro均可，整體很不錯👍下次還會再去😊

出入特别方便，离老佛爷 春天百货6-8分钟，卢浮宫10分钟走路。旁边Opera有好几条地铁线通往各大景点很方便，还有公车。地理优势哟，前台很客气，见面都会主动打招呼

服務人員親切有禮，但無 24HR 櫃臺人員，對我們旅遊較不方便，設備有點舊，浴缸的排水口無法緊閉待維修，水一直流掉。

我們住2房2衛1廳1廚房的房型，10天的住宿整體來說乾淨明亮，寬敞，房間我們很滿意。但是唯一缺點就是櫃台沒有24hr有服務人員，我們最後一天訂早上7點的計程車到機場，也沒跟我們確認，等我們下去時沒看到車，櫃台也無人員可幫忙再進行聯絡，還是麻煩隔壁旅館的櫃檯才幫我們叫到車。

Very delicate hotel with lovely decoration and chic style. The location is very handy, there are many good bars and restaurants. If you like shopping, you could go to department stores easily.

Manager and staff are very helpful, try their best to solve the problem. VERY NICE

入住五晚酒店之後轉到另一間老牌酒店（Marrixxxx) 入住四晚。這酒店給人新切很多。老牌酒店只有公式化的服務，也不說細節了。

飯店距離羅浮宮步行15分.大型百貨公司10分鐘.附近都式精品專櫃步行10-20分鐘全部都是購物區 太方便了.累了就走回飯店休息再出去拼.

Great location with all walking distance towards all attractions. The room was nice and clean and staffs are helpful, really had a great time in Paris

very good service and location, less than 5 minutes walk to the underground station Operá that can go everywhere easily. There also has a bus station near by for buses go directly to the CDG airport (every 15 mins one bus), that is very convenient for travelers. The bed was very comfortable, we slept well. Good signal of WI-fi. Kitchenware and dinnerware were well prepared in the kitchen's drawers for use. We had a fantastic stay with this suite, will definitely choose here for our next trip in Paris. Although, it's a bit difficult to find out where it's front door entrance was, but over all it is good to stay and it would have been perfect if the signboard was more obvious to see, now we think it was rather small and we were kind of lost in the streets when we arrived there in the beginning.

酒店位置极佳，离卢浮宫，凯旋门，巴黎圣母院等诸多著名景点只须走路就可到达，离老佛爷百货也只需五分钟走路即可到达。离地铁站两分钟路程。酒店的前台服务极好，每天出门都会帮我要去的地方打印出来，问路的时候方便多了。酒店是地热取暖，极其舒适，沐浴用品也都是名牌，床品，毛巾质量很好。下次来巴黎还会选择这家酒店。

Overall good, friendly staff, will come back

The staff cannot do enough for you. They’re fluent in several languages, and will gladly do anything they can to help. For example, I Lost my eyeglasses at the ballet, and Antoine called the theatre, tracked down lost and found, and located my glasses for me. We needed a shoe repair shop, and again, front desk staff helped out by finding one for us. The hallmark of this hotel is outstanding and friendly staff.
