This is the HORRIBLE hotel I've ever stayed in my life. They don't qualify as five-star hotel, I think they are one start. I stayed four nights and paid more than US$600 a night, but it wasn't worth it. 1. The room is so small that water leaks into the windowsill after it rains, and the pillows and rooms smell awkward. Also the bed is to soft and uncomfortable, we need to sleep to another side to avoid headstand feeling. 1. I called the dry towel three times the next night and waited for nearly 1.5 hours before it was delivered. 2. The 2nd day, we couldn't find the coffee cup, and the coffee wasn't recharged. We thought the waiter was too anxious to forget. On the third day, we called the front desk. He only apologized but couldn't do anything. Because the manager was not here, we went back to our room a little while later. The cup and coffee were already on the table, but the cup was dirty. 3. On the fourth day, I saw the staff filling the cups and coffee in the room. I was so shocked for that was that she didn't change the spoons and papers on the table, but just rearranged them. 4. On the last day, we were going to leave. There were two large pieces of luggage, we were the only ones in the lobby but the door man never help to carry the luggage or open the door, he just ignored us. No goodbye or morning!

Très satisfait de l’hôtel, les chambres sont spacieuses avec une excellente literie, le personnel est très agréable et aux petits soins, les équipements sont de dernières générations, seul reproche que je pourrais faire concernant le petit déjeuné, pour un 5* pas très varié. Je recommande à 100%

Breakfast had a lot of canned fruit and the lineup to get an omelette was horrendous

The staff were amazing and helped us alot, in addition, the rooms, amenities and services were amazing. Thanks alot.

The downstairs areas were lovely and expensive decor. Rooms were not as luxurious for a 5 star, quite basic. Bins were not emptied in room. Maid was rude to our daughter when asked how long till she can get into the room as needed to get changed. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Not much to say. Enjoyed the stay but breakfast at conference was just below average.

Overall, our stay was a 2.0 out of 5, (5 being the best) very disappointed in the unprofessionalism of the the staff, attitudes and failure to answer questions and how they answered. We travel abroad 6 to 8 times a year and stay at numerous place and our stay here in Paris at this hotel was very disappointing. We normally recommend to our friends places to stay and will not be recommending this hotel. Evening staff seemed to have been disgruntled. And it was NOT a once incident thing. It was over several nights

We enjoyed our stay in Paris, the hotel and the staff was wonderful, especially Sarah! She helped me with my room change also the food was delicious and I loved the options they gave us. WORTH EVERY PENNY! The location is pretty nice and quiet and super centrally. 100% Recommended .
