It is a beautiful hotel. We stayed 6 nights during our vacation. Unfortunately, there were many problems in this hotel. First day, there is a staff with suit rushed into our room without knocking the door. She said : sorry , she didn’t know there is ppl in the room. And the same day, we found we have a dirty towel in our toilet. After two days, we went out with a card which shows no need to clean our room. It is also shows we don’t want anyone go inside our room. But at night , we found our room was cleaned up when back to our room. They left a post card on our desk to say they were sorry that their team didn’t pay attention to the card which I hang on the door. The last night, we found there were many blood drop everywhere on our bed. We were very shocked. I went to the reception and ask help for this terrible situation. But the reception staff ask us to stay in the same room and left us few new sheets to cover our bed. He said that he will report to hotel manager next morning ... that was a terrible experience and you pay more than 100€ to sleep on a bloody bed ... The next morning, I found no one knew our situation because the guy didn’t report it, so I have to repeat and show them our room. The hotel staff just keep telling sorry and told me it was their cleaning member’s fault. To be honest, I don’t ask for whose fault and I think the hotel should take responsibility to deal with this kind of situations. I won’t recommend this hotel due to their bad management.

Excellent experience with the hotel, hotel is new, Gym room is well equipped, plenty of room in lounges and reading area. Definitely will come back next Paris visit.

Everyone was a sweetheart and I loved the atmosphere of the hotel. Approx 5 min walk to the subway station.

Notre arrivée s’est très bien déroulée, la communication avec l’hôtel était fluide et agréable. Le personnel à l’entrée nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme. L’hôtel est vraiment très beau et idéalement situé, ce qui a largement contribué à la qualité de notre séjour.

An all-round great hotel! The hotel is in a quiet courtyard off the main road. The area of Clichy felt. It's a quick 5-minute walk to the Mairie de Clichy Metro, which is approx a 30-40 minutes away from the Eiffel Tower area on the metro. The surrounding area is excellent, featuring plenty of reasonably priced shops, cafes, and the highly recommended Clem & Gwen bakery for pastries. Reception was easy, though note the €150 room deposit. We received a room upgrade with a terrace, champagne, and chocolate for my birthday weekend. Room 111 was spacious with a clean, comfortable bed and a brilliant bathroom. Rooms were pretty sound proof, you could only hear the lifts from time to time. The only notable improvement would be installing more lighting, as the room felt dim during the day. Gym/sauna access requires one-hour prior booking. Borrowing umbrellas was a convenient option. Communication via Instagram was brilliant and highly attentive. Would highly recommend and will be returning if I visit Paris again.

I seldom leave any review. This hotel provided not just a clean and nice room, but exceptional care for their guests. When my baggage being lost by the airline for three days after my arrival, the staff, especially Pamela and Margaux made tireless calls to the airline and the carrier, and showed genuine concern, even following up after I've checked out. Their support was invaluable. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location—just a 5-minute walk to the metro station in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. Breakfast had a great variety of options. They also have a very cute and friendly cat. Highly recommended for both the value and the incredible service.

Top Hotel in guter und ruhiger Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Personal hat uns beim Check-In sogar auf Deutsch eingecheckt, Kommunikation auf Englisch kein Problem. Das Hotel ist quasi in einem Innenhof, sehr charmant. Die Zimmer sind groß genug und sauber! Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir sind zu Fuß zu den bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten gelaufen, tolle Lage und beim nächsten Parisbesuch wieder!

What a fantastic choice this turned out to be! This chic hotel is well located, less than a five-minute walk from the Metro, which takes you to the city centre in about 30 minutes. Although it's tucked away in a backyard, that actually adds to its charm, making it quiet and picturesque — it really does feel like a hidden gem. Shops and restaurants are close by. If I had to describe our experience in two words: "stylish" and "cosy." The whole place feels modern and well looked-after. The lobby area may not be massive, but it's comfortable and a nice spot for a drink or a quick break. Our rooms were excellent—spacious, clean, and tidy, with a practical and spotless bathroom. The welcoming note added a thoughtful touch. The breakfast area is lovely, though there may not be enough seats during peak times. However, the quality and variety of food and drinks were excellent. I also checked out the gym and sauna—I'll definitely try them next time. The roof terrace is a lovely spot to enjoy, better in the summer. The staff we met, Elliot, Margo, and the breakfast team, were professional and friendly throughout. There is one drawback, perhaps typical for big cities: there's no parking included, which adds some hassle if you arrive by car. We truly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to going back!

Zimmer war schön, jedoch ziemlich eng, mit wenig Beleuchtung. Badezimmer war Top und es war sehr sauber. Personal war freundlich Frühstück war in Ordnung, Baguette und Croissant waren hervorragend! Leider mussten wir eine Stunde warte bis alle Speisen des Buffets angerichtet wurden.

Netjes. Kamers waren heel fijn.

Chambre très cosy, personnel agréable et très bon petit déjeuner

Das Hotel liegt an sich ganz gut, man hat nur wenige Gehminuten zur nächsten U-Bahn-Haltestelle oder Busstation. Auch an sich ist das Hotel recht hübsch und sauber. Einen Stern Abzug für das Frühstück bzw. die fehlende Ausstattung (irgendwie gab es immer zu wenig Besteck usw.). Auch sind die Zimmer zT seeehr eng und auf sowas wie einen kleinen Kühlschrank oder Safe muss man daher verzichten. Ansonsten top, das Personal ist freundlich & hilfreich und spricht auch ganz gut Englisch (was in Paris bekanntlich nicht auf alle zutrifft).

Tout était parfait de l'accueil, à la décoration soignée en passant par la literie et la propreté de la chambre. Le personnel est très avenant.
