飯店提供法式早餐，對我們來說很好吃，可能因為有提供早餐的關係，房間內並沒有熱水壺，也沒有冰箱；吹風機需以20歐元的押金向飯店借用，可在退房時才歸還，歸還時就會退回押金；我們要求要有窗戶的房間，得到一間位於6樓有2個無法打開的窗戶的房間，不知道其他樓層的房間窗戶是否能打開，房間沒有空調，如果夏天入住可能會有些悶熱；我們房間沒有自己的WiFi，向櫃檯反應後得到一張有所有房間WiFi 密碼的單子，但其他房間的WiFi 需等房客插上房卡後才能連上，另外網路不太好，無法用網路及WiFi 造成我們規劃行程的困擾；房間水溫有點難控制；我們入住7天，但有3天回房時房卡沒有反應；最困擾的是我們一直只有一條大毛巾，即使我們向櫃台反應我們需要2條擦身體的大毛巾，一直到退房我們都只有一條大毛巾，我們能夠理解有時飯店入住人數過多會有毛巾短缺的問題，也能接受飯店請我們重複使用毛巾，但無法接受我們沒有毛巾，尤其在我們向櫃台告知我們的需求後還是如此；但櫃台人員態度親切，早餐也滿好吃的，很適合只需房間睡覺的旅人～

Concierge at the reception - most of them don't speak or not willing to speak English.
There is no air-condition in the rooms. Hot water in the shower is shot down in the morning when people need it most. General all was ok but far from good. Hotel location is on the busy highway and when is hot you can not open any windows so you choke. It is very unhealthy and dangerous.
We did not receive aa refund of 120 euro deposit for more than a week now

La propreté de la chambre laisse à désirer avec de la moisissure et des peintures qui s'écaillent sur les murs. Les matelas étaient également tachés et peu confortable (deux matelas accolés pour constituer un lit double mais avec un trou au milieu.

Pas de climatiseur, en pleine période de canicule ce fut un gros point négatif.
Pas d'eau disponible a l'achat (une machine mais toujours en rupture de stock).
Fontaine d'eau non fonctionnelle. Rien n'était au niveau pour recevoir de la clientèle en période caniculaire.
Evacuation d'air dans la salle de bains tres poussiéreuse.
Petit déjeuner a 14€ très décevant, rien de savoureux. manque d'hygiène du personnel qui place a la main sans gants les viennoiseries.

The primary downside of this space is that there is no air conditioning. So if you happen to catch a heatwave during your stay, it will be hard to sleep. Otherwise it was like an upscale dorm or youth hostel. Not many bells and whistles, but clean, quite and a staff that was very helpful. It is about a 10 min walk to metro and so keep this in mind if you have difficulties walking. Oh, and a gym exists but it's poorly maintained.

La proximité du périphérique rend la nuit bruyante du fait de l'absence de climatisation dans la chambre et de la nécessité d'ouvrir la fenêtre.
Les chaînes de télévision étaient inaccessibles.
La salle de bain avec une douche étroite n'est pas au niveau requis pour un 3 étoiles.
Le quartier est sale et insécurité à la.nuit tombée.
Pas de boissons à disposition dans la chambre.

It doesn’t have air conditioner, and if you don't ask for a fan they wont give it to you. My bathroom door didn’t open from the inside. Staff doesn’t speak english or spanish. Is close to metro but no so close

Séjour convenable pour 1 nuit
Notre chambre était propre mais manquait un peu d’entretien , joints de la douche moisis , porte de la salle de bain abîmée, absence de bouchon de lavabo qui laisser entrevoir les saletés au fond .
Les caches prises ne se clipsaient plus correctement.
Absence de climatisation
Ce sont des détails mais qui pourraient facilement être corrigés et éviterai un sentiment de négligence .

Petit déjeuner très varié
Fontaine à eau fraîche à disposition dans un grand hall avec fauteuils et canapés.

A equipe de funcionários não foi muito atenciosa durante o check-in e check-out e não havia ar condicionado no quarto - o que no calor compromete bastante a escolha de hotel. Além disso, o corredor dos quartos estava com uma mau cheiro desagradável.
