Hôtel très bien situé où l’accueil personnalisé est la règle avec un personnel souriant et disponible.la chambre est spacieuse, calme et dispose de tous les équipements pour passer un très bon séjour

Très bon accueil . Personnel très aimable . Hôtel un peu vieillot mais très bien situé , à proximité du centre et d’un parking gratuit.

L’alarme incendie s’est déclenchée à 2h30 du matin sans raison….

This property is in a great location and the parking was very easy. The front staff also accommodated an after midnight arrival. You just have to make sure you let them know in advance, otherwise you will be stuck outside. Other than that, the hotel had quite a few issues. First of all, it was so loud every time we got up to walk around in our room that it sounded like elephants walking around. We could even hear other people moving around and talking in their rooms. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. The toilet needed scrubbing and the shower had hair in it. By far the most frustrating part of our stay was the fire alarm that went off not once but twice during our stay…. We even had to evacuate the room at 2am for a false alarm. I would not recommend staying here.

We loved Chinon! Lovely stay!

Det værelse vi fik var okay, men ikke bedre end det. Sengene var utrolig hårde at ligge i. Værelset lugtede af skimmelsvamp, der var plamager på vægge og loft efter potentielt vandskade/fugtskade. Badeværelset lugtede stærkt af fugt og der var lagt et mærkeligt gummi gulvtæppe på, som også føltes fugtigt når vi gik på det med bare tæer. Og for at toppe oplevelsen kravlede der en stor snegl ud under cisternen på toilettet - hvor kom den fra??? Nej - vi kommer gerne tilbage til Chinon men det bliver ikke på dette hotel.

The hotel is in a good location with large free car park opposite. The rooms are very dated. Pleasant staff.

Quelle déception! La première chambre était une chambre de bonne sous les toit sans clim, petite, pas super propre, salle de bain minimaliste. Mobilier extrêmement vieux, tv minuscule au bout du lit tellement la chambre était petite. Seconde chambre plus grande mais toujours aussi moche et le matelas était tout déformé, la porte ne pouvait pas se fermer. A 100€ la nuit pas étonnant que mes collègues soient allés à l’Ibis. Dans les 2 chambres je n’ai pas etait a l’aise une seconde.

Bien pour une nuit

Very poor kept. It could be a jewel but it is not. We just didn’t have a choice but if we did we would have gone somewhere else. The only positive thing was the young lady in reception who went out of her way to help us.

Chambre pas insonorisée située dans une annexe sous les combles au second étage. Pas top pour des séniors. SDB avec baignoire et poutre au dessus. Sèche cheveux qui ne fonctionnait pas. Les photos du site montrait des photos de chambres plus confortables. Sinon hôtel bien placé avec restaurant à côté.

The hotel has an elegant exterior and the rooms boast high ceilings. The parking is free and the situation is lovely as it overlooks the river and a lovely park. The rooms were decorated a la 50’s - dated, dingy. Steep steps to negotiate for my blind dog. Lovely staff.

Property is well positioned close the river. Staff friendly and helpful. They welcome dogs, which is what attracted us in first place. Lovely walk along the river. Big car park opposite. Good restaurant with excellent food.

Venue pour une épreuve sportive, l hôtel est très bien situé en plein centre ville Avec un grand parking. Les chambres sont confortables dans cet établissements ancien (parquet qui grince donc sûrement bruyant pour nos voisins quiz nous avons aussi entendu avec le réveil matinal pour votre marathon). Tout état propre, chambre et salle d eau. Le personnel est charmant et à l écoute.

Très sympathique

Déçu cette fois-ci. La température dans la chambre était limite à l'arrivée. Pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain et plus de gel douche dans la douche. J'avais réservé une chambre avec un grand lit et on a eu 2 lits jumeaux.
