Overall experience is good but room is a bit small. There was power outage and we have to get out of the hotel for 4 hours on both days.

前台員工非常友善，特別要稱讚Haffaf,Senbian和經理Jackin,他們非常細心，遇上突發問題，很快便替客人處理。可惜House keeping服務分差，我連續住了九個晚上，其中3天沒有清潔更換茶杯，有一天沒有清潔房間，當我要求的時候，他說清潔員工已經下班，我要求清理垃圾桶的垃圾，員工即埸以我剛用過的毛巾清潔垃圾桶，感覺非常差，正當退房的時候，House keeping不停敲門，要我哋立即出去，態度十分惡劣

Really nice small hotel in Paris. The staff was EXCELLENT and very nice. The breakfast is quite nice too.

Fantastic hotel. Staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Have been to Paris many times and this is definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in there. The price is reasonable, and the location is great.

中心地にあるとはいえ、駅から距離があるのでスーツケースを持って移動するのは大変だった。部屋は綺麗ですが、バスタブの形状がとても使いにくかった。 それ以外は問題なかった。

Wasserschäden an der Decke im Speisesaal. Personal beim Frühstück nicht sehr aufmerksam - auffüllen sollte schneller gehen. Ansonsten alles top! Personal sehr freundlich.

I had a wonderful 5 day stay At Maison Astro. The property was well maintained, the location was very convenient and walkable, and the staff are courteous and helpful. We definitely will recommend it to our friends in the future.

Kind of off the main hustle . But conveniently 30 min walking away from most of the amazing things to see in Paris.

Hotel excelente, com instalações modernas, apartamentos amplos e novos, atendimento atencioso e muito gentil. Café da manhã de ótima qualidade. Localização adequada, apesar de um pouco distante de estação do metrô.

Gym was very small. Expected much bigger room

The hotel is perfectly located for shopping and museums. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A great atmosphere and perfect place to relax in the evening.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everyone was super nice and professional.

Very nice staff. The room was quiet although in front of the building was under construction. Beautiful break fast. There are two small things I was uncomfortable. The room was dark and difficult to see inside the cabinet. The foot bench legs are sticking out and made me tripped many times. Nice location and I prefer American style and will be back again.

This hotel is likely my favorite stsy ever. What sets it appart, besides the impeccable amenities. Lindsay, the receptionist went above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful. She exceeded our expectations in every way. The two concierges redefine the term of excellence. They arttendedti our every way. This should be the ONLY hotel that you consider if you stay in Paris.
