The staff were friendly!

A truely great hotel. Our favorite one in Paris. Great staff, cosy breakfast, excellent service. Extra plus for fitness room. Close to the metroc and great shopping, restaurants and bars in walking distance. Can recommend this hotel warmly.

On returning from the conference after a full day, I was unable to access the hotel, I have not been given a key to unlock the main hotel door and it seemed highly unusual to not be able to enter immediately. I rang the doorbell and knocked on the door for 6-7 minutes before someone came to unlock it and allowed me to enter. I asked why I was unable to enter and he was dismissive and shouted at me that he answered straight away, though this was not the case. The area itself appears very rough, there are homeless people sleeping on mattresses outside and the street is dark without lighting, perhaps this is why the main door is kept locked? For a safety issue? But it is not therefore not safe for me to be left knocking on the door to gain entry at 9pm if the surrounding area is risky. The lack of guaranteed access to the hotel especially given the area is very worrying from a personal safety standpoint. At around midnight, still unable to sleep due to noise from other guests due to very thin walls I started to smell cigarette smoke, this has pervaded through the room and all my clothes now smell of stale cigarettes and my throat is inflamed ahead of my 25 min keynote tomorrow. There are other issues such as no bathroom heating, resulting in damp towels, and the hot water is only tepid with weak water pressure, making it difficult to wash.

Kamer is ok. Ruimte onder het dakraam eaar een 1 persoonsbed staat is te krap. Door die hoek kan je niet lekker slapen en als je 's-nacht moet op staan is het onvermijdelijk om je hoof niet te stoten. 2e ochtend ontbijt tafels waren geen borden en bestek geserveerd we meisten zelf om vragen en de kopjes waren niet schoon. daar terplekke ook aangegeven

The hotel was clean and safe. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is a handy location for Montmartre.

Online it was advertised as to be something really better than what it is , the images are slightly misleading , there is no balcony in the superior room as shown online and the room is super small and tight . Bathroom is also very small and shower is tiny . Its very old fashioned and a little disappointed for the price I paid .

Det var ett bra hotell, städat och bra läge nära till tågstationen och metro. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Morgenbuffet var lækkert og i et super hyggeligt atmosfære/ omgivelser. Personalet var søde, smilende og hjælpsomme. Tæt på metro og indkøb. Værelser lidt små og uden garderobe til tøj som eneste lille minus men plads er jo en mangelvare i midtbyen.

Brilliant hotel, very close to the Metro, when coming out of the Metro lots of young men hanging around which feels intimidating.

Great location, clean and convenient

This was a small, quaint, and very nice hotel. Getting there from Gare Nord was a bit of a walk which is fine, but the neighbourhood is very busy and noisy so be prepared for that. Once inside the hotel it was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Only downside was that rooms do not offer small fridges, but staff will give you ice buckets if requested. Staff was very friendly at all hours and speak english for smooth transactions and conversations. Would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful hotel. Really convenient to the metro and the train. Staff was wonderful. Loved it!

Clean room, small but was fine.

Small room, with cheap fixtures, and they did not offer an ironing board with the iron. The location is well connected by transport links but not particularly pleasant to walk around. The staff were friendly and attentive. Too expensive for the quality offered - it did not feel like a four star hotel.

The staff at this hotel is very kind and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The room was also absolutely tiny, if you are traveling with more than a backpack you will have no place to open the suitcase without occupying the whole floor. The balcony door cannot open without hitting the bed. So…tiny is the key here. There is no minibar or room safe. Now, when you go outside…the area is colorful and dynamic. It was pointed out to us that we were in a bad neighborhood by a cabbie, being from Chicago sometimes you don’t wanna judge right off the bat. But, yes, it’s not entirely a safe-feeling neighborhood. We usually like to stay in the 18th but didn’t realize that a few blocks would make such a strange difference - noted!

Bel établissement rénové avec goût et très propre. Petit déjeuner acceptable et varié. Un petit effort sur la qualité des produits et ce sera comme un 4*. Personnel sympathique, discret et attentionné La situation pourrait être mieux mais Ok.

Aside from the immediate surrounding property, within 5 minutes of walking, you reach beautiful historical areas with lots of people, dining, and music. The hotel is in a very nice location. The hotel is nicely done on the inside and the air conditioning is wonderful. I wouldn’t have changed anything about the stay.

L’hôtel est très bien, aucun bruit, literie très agréable. Par contre le petit déjeuner est vraiment ridicule surtout avec ce prix-là. Et le quartier est très mal fréquenté, surtout pour une femme, c’est très dangereux. C’est vraiment dommage car l’hôtel mérite le détour niveau qualité prix
