Die Unterkunft war super sauber und die Angestellten sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war zwar klein, aber erfüllte seinen Zweck und ging nach hinten raus und war äußerst ruhig. Lediglich die Metro Station/ die Gegend ist anfangs etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig gewesen. Wir wurden aber nie angesprochen oder belästigt. Aber dafür kann das Hotel auch nichts. Wir würden wieder kommen.

L’hôtel est correct concernant la propriété et la qualité de la literie, cependant le quartier n’est vraiment pas recommandable. Nous avions pas beaucoup dormi à cause des nuisances sonores jusqu’à 4h du matin. L’hôte d’accueil n’est pas très accueillant. La salle pour le petit déjeuner est à revoir..

A True Gem in Montmartre – Exceptional Stay! I recently completed a wonderful stay at Hotel Maison and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel boasts beautiful decor throughout, creating an atmosphere that is both elegant and welcoming. My room was remarkably quiet, neat, and pristine, offering a peaceful sanctuary to return to each evening. The amenities are equally impressive, starting with a truly excellent breakfast that provided the perfect start to each day. Furthermore, the location is unbeatable—situated within easy walking distance to the Sacré-Cœur and the heart of Montmartre, making exploration effortless. Everyone was incredibly attentive, but I must extend a special note of gratitude to Joel. He was absolutely instrumental in assisting me when I misplaced my phone, handling the situation with the utmost professionalism, efficiency, and care. I will certainly make Hotel Maison my property of choice when returning to Paris.

My room was cleaned every day When I arrived on reception a guy was friendly and helpful ☺️

We only stayed there one night but the room was comfortable, the shower was nice and they arranged a taxi for us to go to the airport.

Propere kamer, maar de airco werkte niet. Personeel wel behulpzaam, maar naar mijn mening niet echt professioneel als je constant met oortjes in zit terwijl je klanten aan het bedienen/helpen bent, Ontbijt is niet de moeite waard. Voor dat geld ontbijt je elders beter.

Speciale buurt, maar het hotel zelf is goed! Netjes, oogt ook luxueus. Alles goed en vlot verlopen, geen klachten! Goed bed, fijn met badkamer erbij. Zeker een aanrader!

Smidigt med tågstationen (M4) tvärsöver men därför även lite tveksamt område kvälls- och nattetid med hemlösa osv. Bokade två rum, superior (litet men effektivt och väldigt bra) och family (väldigt litet och dålig plats för toalletstolen). Enklare men god och bra frukost. Superior-rum rekommenderas! Klart värt den lilla extrakostnaden för extremt välplanerat rum och toalett med två fönster.

The hotel is actually clean, smells nice, very friendly and welcoming staff. But the room is extremely tiny, small, you need to move sideways as there is no space to move at all. No vanity kit, hair conditioner, body cream, so take it with you. But i would not recommend the area at all. Very dirty, dangerous, dodgy. You dobt feel safe even to go outside even though its only 10 min drive to the center.

A truely great hotel. Our favorite one in Paris. Great staff, cosy breakfast, excellent service. Extra plus for fitness room. Close to the metroc and great shopping, restaurants and bars in walking distance. Can recommend this hotel warmly.

On returning from the conference after a full day, I was unable to access the hotel, I have not been given a key to unlock the main hotel door and it seemed highly unusual to not be able to enter immediately. I rang the doorbell and knocked on the door for 6-7 minutes before someone came to unlock it and allowed me to enter. I asked why I was unable to enter and he was dismissive and shouted at me that he answered straight away, though this was not the case. The area itself appears very rough, there are homeless people sleeping on mattresses outside and the street is dark without lighting, perhaps this is why the main door is kept locked? For a safety issue? But it is not therefore not safe for me to be left knocking on the door to gain entry at 9pm if the surrounding area is risky. The lack of guaranteed access to the hotel especially given the area is very worrying from a personal safety standpoint. At around midnight, still unable to sleep due to noise from other guests due to very thin walls I started to smell cigarette smoke, this has pervaded through the room and all my clothes now smell of stale cigarettes and my throat is inflamed ahead of my 25 min keynote tomorrow. There are other issues such as no bathroom heating, resulting in damp towels, and the hot water is only tepid with weak water pressure, making it difficult to wash.
