Excellent little hotel with friendly staff, lovely decor and great location!

Enjoyed our night here - in a great area, walkable to Galleries Lafayette and several passages. Lots of dining and shopping options. Bed was very comfy and the staff were very friendly.

Great hotel

Great location and all amenities were as described in the information when booking. Unusually for France, the staff were welcoming, friendly and super helpful. Room was a good size, shower was reasonably powerful. Room was made up each day and bottled water provided. Couldn’t fault it.

Room service food was poor but nice clean and quiet though not a pretty neighborhood

Personalized Service , staff members are extraordinarily helpful specially Monsieur Philippe who I love dearly and became a part of my travel life, my fixers always ready to help and aid in any situation, my “doctor “ without being in the medical settings and of course, my dear Mèlodie , my best nurse! Love you all!

We spent a couple of days with our family to explore Paris. We felt very welcome. Staff is friendly and professional. Rooms are small (as you would expect in Paris) but clean and well maintained. The breakfast is outstanding. The hotel is well located for a city trip. It is in walking distance from Gare de l‘Est and has restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. A clear recommendation!

Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are nice, even though very small. But that appears to be the norm for Paris. Hotel is in a nice quiet neighbourhood with good public transit connections nearby. The Nespresso and pastries in the lobby were a nice touch.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were responsive and helpful with any questions I had. The location made it easy to get around the city and explore Paris. Overall, a comfortable and convenient experience.

Great hotel - comfortable beds, great bathrooms with lovely toiletries, very clean, great breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful with dining and route recommendations. We needed two twin rooms next to each other and they were able to accommodate us and quick response to questions in advance of our stay. Area was quiet at night so good for sleep but had lots of great brasseries, cafes and shops close by. 5 minutes walk to a couple of metro stations but we actually walked when we went to the Louvre/Orangery/D'Orsay as it's only 30 minutes. Would definitely stay again.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Clean bedrooms, nice bathrooms, coffee and teas available in rooms and lobby. And air conditioning which was invaluable in a Paris heatwave. A lovely place stay in an excellent location.

Hotel was cute and in a great area great value would stay again. Only thing is I would recommend that they keep up with the water in the lobby a bit better and have robes for the room.

Friendly staff Convenient location

I stayed here for six nights, and the location was easily accessible, and the price point was great. One recommendation is it would be great to have robes provided and for them to upkeep the water in the lobby because it was always out or was missing glasses, making it hard to have refreshing water. The rooms are small, but they're moderate and updated and I stayed on the sixth floor in room 60 one and it had the most wonderful view at night from the windows! I would recommend this hotel for sure. They're a great bistros and bars and tons of things to do you do!
