Excellent location. Property is a little tired but the rooms are spacious. No room service but you can order at the bar (delicious food) and bring it to your room yourself. Outstanding staff very helpful with bookings and providing assitance.

Great location, but the overall experience was disappointing. Communication with the staff was difficult, and basic items like shower slippers and enough towels for a family room were only provided after asking. They couldn’t understand a simple request for a UK–EU plug adapter. There was constant noise from above us — as if someone was walking or some kind of work was happening — at all hours, making it hard to rest. When we asked for directions to a pharmacy, they sent us to an address where no pharmacy existed. On our last night, the fire alarm went off for no reason and everyone had to gather in the lobby.
Although the location is excellent, I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending this hotel.

Room wasn’t cleaned despite sending a reminder to the front desk before leaving the hotel for the day. When informed the staff, they tried to blame me indicating that I must have left the Do Not Disturb sign (that wasn’t the case and I had, in fact, left the Clean My Room sign). Also, weekend breakfast ends at 11:00 am and the wait staff very rudely asked us to leave the restaurant at 10.55 am. I can understand that they would want to clear the food but to ask people who are still eating to leave is bizarre and the rudeness on top of it was unnecessary. Feels more like a 2* hotel - the only 4* aspect of this hotel is its location.
