Not so good. Definitely not worth 4 star. One employee to manage all the hotel… Reception, the bar and the breakfast. So you can imagine the level of service. She was so kind and trying to do all what she can. The photos give you illusion that is a palace which is not the case at all

Nice hotel, welcome was really friendly and the guy at reception was really helpful. Located centrally and perfect for Paris-Roubaix.

It was a comfortable week plus stay for our group.

This hotel is great but the place just older buildings could use some face lift The staff are simple and cool Funny story you need fifty euro deposit to use the iron … I get it

Great hotel and staff in a very central area the only issue i had was the evening restaurant and its lack of vegetarian options basically salad or omlette and chips but locally there are some very good alternatives

Poor, breakfast was shockingly small for over €20! Bed was rock hard, rooms very noisy. Parking is a joke and not enough staff speak English

Lovely hotel, centrally located in Roubaix, very close to the metro station. Staff on reception were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable for our 1 night there. We didn't eat so can't comment on the breakfast, but I would recommend having the hotel breakfast if you stay there are there is no-where else decent, especially on a Sunday morning! Very convenient for the rugby at Lille as super easy to get into Lille centre.

We had a brief but great stay here. We arrived in the morning after taking an early Eurostar and were thrilled to be able to check in early for a nap! The hotel was quite nice and clean and comfortable and has a perfect location. It's located right off of a nice square in Roubaix, and it's close to the metro that takes you directly to and from the Lille city center. We didn't pay for the breakfast, but it looked nice. All in all would recommend as an option in the Lille area!

Nice hotel in centre of Roubaix. However, I have 2 gripes. I needed a secure car park but the car park at the hotel was completely impracticable. It was so narrow that I couldn't even get small VW car through the entrance to underground car park with the wing mirrors folded in. The second gripe is the lack of restaurant facilities. We arrived on Sunday evening & with all local restaurants closed for Sunday night, we wanted to eat at hotel, but the restaurant is closed at weekends!! Both these gripes should have been explained on the hotel website

It wasn’t great comfort-wise. I could hear people walking up and down the corridor outside. I could hear the lorries reversing early morning. The room service woke me up for the breakfast which I didn’t order, turned out it was for someone else! Room was too warm, and the air conditioner did not seem to do anything. However, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast buffet was sumptuous.

Location of the hotel was suitable for our needs. Parking was on street and could have been difficult if it had been busy. However, we were fortunate enough to be allowed to park outside the Hotel. There were unfortunately a few niggly issues with our room. Albeit, overall the hotel was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning not being switched on because it was considered not to be hot enough created a problem with sleep. The bathroom door did not shut.

Very clean, the staff very friendly, the food at the restaurant very good. Easy to reach by metro and tram.

I have stayed in many other Mercure properties, this was in poor condition, Room switches was worn and looked from a war zone !! No bottle water !!! I have stayed in cheaper properties and they offered complimentary water bottles... esp when you check in late it's difficult to go out and buy !! Weak Internet signals.

The hotel ambience was very good with a mature settings . The room had everything I would expect for the class of hotel situated in the center of the city, only warning I would give is parking at the hotel otherwise do consider this as a possibility

Nice hotel, central, but not a great area. Great service.
